"Ahhh~ ... She selected people just like her..."

"There goes my expectations..."

"Muscle heads..."

Rin, Klaus and Seraphim watched the smug face of Lilith with a blank look over their eyes

They had blunt reactions but even then the undead rose from ground were all 'Death Knights' which are considered A Rank subjugation target in adventurers guild

The beings required for their subjugation are Tier 6 and above and for a group of merely hundred against hundreds of the inner Death Knights was quite the miraculous task

But that's the twist in this situation, the people selected by Lilith were all crazy war maniacs just like her

Each one of them had monstrous instincts and reflexes fit for battle, most of them had no proper training or team work like the knights

But even with their rough free style fighting skills they were monsters dancing over the field

And within just an hour all the undead had been defeated even though most of the new recruits had received some serious injuries over their bodies

And some even had close calls with death, there was even a possibility of death if the death wasn't being controlled by Lilith there

"Quite good for newbies!"

Lilith nodded with satisfaction and wide grin on her face, Lilith gave them a thumbs up filled with satisfaction

The people selected for her order grinned and felt satisfied too but even that warm atmosphere was just too bloody with all those injuries over to be called a good scene to watch

The healers immediately dashed inside the place with panicked faces to heal the others and just like that the selections or whatever ritual was happening in here finished

"This is madness..."

Rin muttered as the day ended like that, Klaus and Seraphim sighed and stood back to return to their places

The things went smoothly and the people selected for new orders were taken away by Marshall and Seraphim to new places

The selection for the order wasn't the ending though because that was beginning of living hell for all of them where they were going to forgot the defination of life

A week had passed since then, Seraphim seemed to have taken inspiration from the training of Order of Fallen Swords and the Dark Raven Order and increased the work load of the mages too

And away from all those pain and sufferings Klaus was now busy over his work load at the office

From the last week Klaus had been carrying around Rin with him and recently she even started invading the office too

She was sitting in her seat besides Klaus's chair at office looking at all paper work while acting like she understood everything

"Do you want to sleep?"

Klaus asked her after noticing her yawning like an idiot besides him, Rin shooked her head with heavy eyes and said

"No... Rin can still work... I will help more..."

Klaus noticed her getting more and more sleepy with her words, she thought she was helping Klaus in here with all the papers

Klaus sighed and just tapped her forehead, as soon as Klaus did that Rin suddenly lost all her control and fell asleep right on the spot

But before anything could happen suddenly the same dragon lady that had made contract with Rin appeared there and took Rin in her lap

"Ivory, take her to her bedroom, she needs rest..."

Klaus commanded her and the dragon lady who seemed to have cold posture nodded and started making her way out of the room along with Rin

But as the door opened Klaus noticed the members of Circles team entering the place at same time

They took a glance at sleeping Rin and then moved their gazes back to Klaus and entered the room

"We are here as you had instructed, lord"

The man who was the leader reported in front of Klaus with straight face while others stood behind him

Klaus nodded and moved all his papers aside and looked at everyone gathered in the room

"Roul, I heard you have also started the training of the team already, take Rin from next time too

She is memeber of your team so just treat her like you do to your other members and that's the order as the ruler here"

Roul, the leader of team circles nodded along with other members and replied

"I will do as you say lord!"

Klaus nodded and next his gaze went to other members of the team and he started talking

"I did a little research over the past of you all and guess what, everyone of you look like some protagonist running in tracks of heavenly fate you have..."

Klaus gaze moved to Roul who was the leader and he said

"A responsible man, capable leader but past was being sold by his own family for little money..."

Then Klaus gaze went to the next memeber of the team, the white furred right tailed fox girl

"A fierce girl with a cute face, lived alone in her home and finally left the home with her sister to live with new presence but not before losing both parents to death by her own villagers..."

Next was the turn of dark elf guy who seemed to little nervous over his past

"A dark elf but not just any dark elf, an elf chosen by moon heh~ I bet Luna will like you but even then getting hate and betrayal from one you called friends..."

Klaus's gaze met the flat chested Oni and here serious and dark atmosphere got shaken

"Just a strong lady on her journey to find a stronger man... And jealous from the oni princess because she has lot of friends..."

Everyone from the room looked at the oni girl with dead fish gazes but next Klaus's eyes met the man covered in extreme darkness

"Well this is the man that even I feel more sympathy towards at same time the one who matches most qualities of protagonist...

A guy born in darkness, lived in darkness, loved by abyssal darkness... Yet the past feels even darker

Getting disowned by his own parents at the mere age of 5, getting called a monster and devil by the idiots you considered friend

A gaurdian who was called monster until he became a monster filled in darkness, sad past again..."

The atmosphere of sadness and seriousness returned again and finally Klaus looked at the 6th member of team circles who was still under her hood with four eyes shining with a grin

"The last descendent of the extinct Arachne race huh... Half spider and half woman... With ability to see through fate itself...

The world never treated you warmly right Imgur? Why do you keep smiling even when you were the one who is most broken in the bunch gathered here?"

As Klaus said that the grin over her face disappeared and the attention was gathered towards her

After a few seconds she removed the hood from her face, she had silver pearl like 2 pairs of eyes

And along with all that 4 pair of spider like arms covered in tough shell appeared on her back and she said

As her appearance came out everyone there except for Klaus seemed to be surprised and Klaus just approached her with straight look on his face

"Now this looks cool here..."

Klaus said that and observed the the spider arms grew at her back with a mysterious smile over his face

Klaus came back and leaned over his table and said

"Everyone has their own worries but Imgur, who is he?"

Klaus questioned the spider lady present there with cold tone in his voice, the spider woman was about to open her mouth but Klaus once again warned her

"You know... And I know it too, the pale thread isn't what you call good condition..."

Klaus's words widened the eyes of Imgur and she stared at the pale thread of fate on her hands with a frown on face

Next with a hesitant tone in her voice she replied

"Marquis Steelblood..."

Klaus nodded with a grim look over his face and thought with a serious face

'Imgur... From the first time I saw her I remembered her from the novel, she wasn't directly present in the novel

But she was clearly mentioned there, she was introduced as the friend of an emotionless noble in novel

That lady is the key to one of the important plots in the novel, but there was no mention of her present situation in the novel

Andrea Bless the character in the novel responsible for providing the event that gave Reus his strongest and fated cheat information about devils

She would be useless for Reus's situation because she won't have that any information about devils now

But even then she is an important character for me, she is more than just a support character in this world here

It's quite a luck to see Imgur here though, I guess I will be able to get some more help here with this...'
