I met an angel

They were to sign some papers and then give their statement before treatment began. Anything apart from that would not work. But as I was there, I knew no one was going to come but neither could I moved my body nor talked. The doctor came inside and got broken after knowing my condition. Should I say he felt pity on me. He went back to do all what was supposed to be done by my family member.

"who is she to you please?"

"She is my would be wife. I mean fiancee."

"And what happened to her please?"

"She had a miscarriage"

I over heard their conversation as I laid down almost half dead. He did payed the charges as well, then suddenly everything went black.

"Max, when did that little thing became your fiancee? I mean when did it happen?".

One of the nurses asked.

"When, how and where does not matter. And besides it's not even your business. One more thing, mind your language when talking to others".

*They were all wondering what has suddenly entered him that is making him behave rudely. After he said that he had realized it was nothing big to be crossed over. Why he did that because of an anonymous person, he himself could not understand. He took a very huge risk by filling fake report. He could have been arrested if caught but he did not even care. All what he was thinking about was to save Clodeth.

He entered her ward and began with the treatment. He tried his best possible to bring her back to concious but it failed. He never gave up till he saw the life indicator beeping, showing a straight line, indicating she's dead.

All hope got finished. He turned away to go and call some nurses to go for her body, but he felt the touch of a soft palm on his wrist.

He could not believe what just happened. He turned back quickly to look at her and their eyes met. *

I hardly believed how handsome and good looking the doctor was. I was stunned. I don't even know what happened to me but I could not set of my eyes off him and he was also staring at me. A nurse entered but we could not even notice. She cleared her throat and we quickly looked away.

"How may I help you?"

He asked.

"Sir please I came to check up on her". She answered while looking at me with disgust.

"Thanks for your service and don't worry she is fine now"

Jealousy was blazing in the eyes of Jane as she saw the chemistry between us. I later realized one thing. And that is, almost all the young nurses had interest in him, and even the married ones but he payed them less attention. He held my hand and helped me sat on the bed.

"What's your name?"

He asked softly and politely.

"I'm Clodeth."

I answered and looked away because I couldn't stand the pressure in there.

"Wow, sounds cute..."

I flushed at his words.

"... can you please tell me what exactly happened?"

Immediately, I burst into tears. I made him regret ever asking me that question.

"I am really sorry, I did not mean to... I just wanted to...you it's okay cool down"

He tried calming me but I was not willing to. The harder I cried. He looked so confused. He hugged me all of a sudden and surprisingly, I hugged him back and even more tighter. I quit crying as he pattered my back. It was as if I was waiting for a hug before I would stop.

He ordered food for me.

"please take this. I know you have not eaten anything since morning because you look very weak and tired".

"No don't worry I'm fine".

"Come on don't be stubborn"

I still refused to eat the food.

"Then I think I have to feed you myself"

He said with raised eye brows. He then took a spoon from the tray and collected some rice and...aaamum"

I opened my mouth slowly and took it. I was through with three spoons and I told him I was satisfied. I collected the spoon and fed him too. After I took the last one, I fell back on the bed.

""Do not worry my princess, I know you are going to dream about me."

He whispered thinking I was asleep. I felt his closeness attempting to kiss me on the forehead so I quickly opened my eyes and whispered into his ears.

"I wish so"

I pulled his head closer and kissed him passionately on the lips. We both smiled to that.

Everything was so nice and so quick. It was as if we knew each other already.
