Chapter 31: The Mermaid and Merman

In a large room where lanterns were lit due to the power outage of the whole faction, a young lady could be seen watching what was going on through a medium sized screen. She had a sad expression on her face as she witnessed her assistant leader; Lux get killed by General Kirby. 

She wanted to act but she couldn't. It was still raining, and if she is to go out in the rain, she will automatically be transformed into a mermaid.

It's not like transforming into her mermaid form is the problem, once she transforms into her mermaid, she will get weaker on land and stronger in water. So if she is to go out in the rain now, she would have no chance over the enemy. Even the slightest drop of water would make her transform.

While she was watching the footage of what was going on in the screen, three men instantly appeared in the room. Actually, they were mermen. They were quite as handsome as the lady, and they all seemed to be in a close relationship with her.
