Author: hello me again! I don't know how long it is but I'm sorry for the late update yet again!

Author: butt! Yes butt!

Author: I did it, but I'm worried if it's too fast pace or butchered the story, because damn, it's hard to connect the dots as I play the Elysian Realm again and again, watch a lot of Previous Era related videos, and try reading the manga, but it's very hard to understand sometimes for me because it gives me not much, and I still have small information and

Author: butt However!

Author: Official Honkai Impact 3rd Discord Save Me! And I was able to ask the pure nerds about the game and other things related to "Sundown Alley", but I'm not sure I got it right, like I'm not really confident about it.

Author: You have no idea how annoying it is to dig up data archives, YouTube videos, and Google searches for these characters' "possible" origins because they are too vague, didn't dig deep enough in the lore, or had no lore at all. Sometimes, I had to improvise some stuff, and I also asked for help from lore nerds in the official Honkai discord.

Aeon POV

I look at Elysia as Elysia eats her food that I cooked just like every other day whenever she visited me "like the food Elysia?" I look at her with my red mechanical eyes.

Elysia smiles looks up to me and says "yeah Uncle! Your dishes are the same as ever!" She then continue to eat "can I get some again?"

I chuckled "yes, yes you can" and Elysia happily smiles again as I stand up and with my mechanical giant legs I go to my stove in my kitchen and grab a large serving spoon and grab some containers as Elysia comes and waits for me.

A few minutes later I then finish preparing I then give Elysia some containers "here you go Ellie" with a mechanical husky voice I bend my legs a bit and give her the extra food.

Elysia holds them "thanks uncle!" She giggled happily and walks away.

Elysia says "uncle I'm going back to MOTH base~"

I nodded and say "alright, but have they treated you well?" Elysia nodded and replies "yeah uncle! They are so good to me! And every time when I bring the food you cook, Elysia's Coworkers would ask for a share which honestly is quite adorable and cute as Elysia told me about her co-workers likes my dishes.

But that's for Elysia though.... Meh whatever it's Elysia after all.

I see her happily walking away, but then I remember something.

"Oh, and another thing, Elysia...." I spoke out with my mechanical deep humming voice as Elysia was about to leave and turned around with an adorable look of curiosity as I called out her name. "Hm? What is it, uncle?" She tilted her head and turned her whole body around to face me properly.

I then hum and gears turn as I look in her eyes with my red sharp eyes as I speak out of what I am about to say, "There is a person I would like for you to scout...." and I poached and deep thought about it and then spoke again, "On second thought, there are two people I would like for you to scout...."

General POV

Meanwhile, somewhere in Sundown Alley...

There is a woman that walks down the road in Sundown Alley; she is a nun and has a "slightly" revealing outfit for a nun. Her name is Aponia.

Aponia is a tall woman with light brown hair. Her blue eyes are usually bowed down, like in reverence. She wears a long white veil with thorns and flowers accenting the sides. She has a tight white turtleneck with a butterfly brooch extending around a blue gem on her chest. There are various cross-like symbols all over her body.

She has black puffy sleeves that end in white cuffs. Her shorts are white and frilly. From her torso all the way down to her feet, she wears a long black dress with golden accessories. Connecting to her back is a long robe that resembles blue butterfly wings. There are much shorter, wilted butterfly wings connected to the black piece. Her heeled boots are a simple white.

(Author: I really am not sure if she really still wears that from before she got her surgery, but then I see some videos where she does wear her outfit, so yeah, I'm kind of 50/50 on this one.)

Aponia walks through the streets until she comes across a group of children. However, she notices something different about them - they are infected by Honkai.

Aponia can't help but feel a deep sense of pity. She approaches one of the infected children and extends her hand, saying, "Come with me. I can offer you a home, a paradise."

With that, Aponia leads the infected children back to her sanctuary, a Church. This particular church happens to be the only one left in Sundown Alley. It used to be a renowned and bustling place, attracting many people. However, as circumstances worsened, it became a harsh and unforgiving environment. Sundown Valley gradually turned into a place where people struggled to afford basic necessities, and it became known for its eerie atmosphere, with Honkai Beasts lurking in the darkness from time to time.

Aponia wastes no time in bringing the Honkai-infected children to the safety of the church.

Aponia leads the children into the church, and they all gaze at her with a mixture of hope and uncertainty. A small, almost imperceptible smile appears on Aponia's face.

"This is your new home, a place of safety," she reassures them. Once inside, they find more infected children along with a few disabled adults and elderly individuals, all of them looking vulnerable and in need of help.

After a few minutes, a hot-tempered young man wearing a mask arrives, tapping his foot impatiently. He glares at Aponia, who meets his gaze with a sigh.

"Kalpas, what is it you seek?" Aponia asks, her voice tinged with weariness.

Kalpas continues to glare, his anger evident beneath the mask. He stomps his feet and replies in a hushed tone, "So you're bringing in more kids, huh?"

Aponia sighs once again, understanding Kalpas's concerns. "Kalpas, these children desperately need a home. Please, be kind and help escort them to the safety of the church."

Kalpas huffs, his fist clenched tightly, but reluctantly he moves toward the children. They recoil in fear, but Aponia places a reassuring hand on their backs, urging them to trust.

With a surprising gentleness, Kalpas takes hold of the children and mutters, "Come here, you brats! We can't let anyone see!" Safely, he guides the children into the church while Aponia watches, relieved.

Aponia steps out of the church and lets out a heavy sigh, her gaze fixated on the wall. On the other side of the wall, she spots Pardofelis, the notorious thief of Sundown Alley, struggling to make her way down.

"Come on," Pardofelis mutters, wiggling her legs as she tries to descend. "Almost there." She continues to squirm, attempting to navigate the wall.

Observing the scene, Aponia shakes her head. "Back to your old tricks, I see," she comments, her voice filled with a mixture of disappointment and concern. Suddenly, Pardofelis is startled by the voice, loses her balance, and tumbles down onto her rear end, causing the stolen items to scatter around her.

"Aaah!" Pardofelis exclaims, surrounded by the random pilfered items. She hurriedly gets back on her feet, dusts herself off, and hastily stuffs the items back into her sack, accompanied by a nervous laugh, all the while glancing at Aponia who stands with crossed arms.

"Hahaha...." Pardofelis chuckles awkwardly, attempting to break the tension. She starts to move away slowly.

Aponia sighs once more, her expression a mix of weariness and concern. "Just please don't teach them... your ways," she implores. Pardofelis laughs nervously in response, "Haha, I didn't! I just brought them gifts!"

Aponia sighs again, her disappointment evident. "Gifts acquired through theft, I presume."

"Uhh," Pardofelis stammers, beads of nervous sweat forming on her forehead. Without uttering a word, she hastily dashes away, leaving Aponia to sigh once more, her thoughts lingering on the complex situation at hand.

Shaking her head at the sight of Pardofelis, Aponia retraces her steps back to the bustling streets of Sundown Alley. Amidst the small crowd, she makes her way to the local bakery, where an older woman awaits.

"Miss Madeline, I'll have the usual," Aponia greets the elderly woman named Madeline.

Nodding, Madeline responds with a gentle smile as she begins preparing the bread. "I see you've brought more children again," she remarks, slowly selecting the finest loaves and placing them in a basket.

Aponia smiles sadly, her eyes devoid of life. "Yes, I have," she confirms, and Madeline hands her a basket filled with bread.

"You shouldn't exhaust yourself, Aponia," Madeline coughs, and Aponia instinctively touches her back, offering comfort and support.

"You should say the same to yourself, miss," Aponia suggests, checking Madeline's health by placing her hand on her chest, feeling her heartbeat. "Are you alright?"

Madeline smiles after coughing, "I'm fine, I just need some rest." Aponia gazes at her with a tinge of sadness but returns the smile.

"May you find peace then," Aponia utters. She exits the bakery, slowly closing the door behind her. Letting out a sigh, she raises her eyes to the clouds with a sense of melancholy. "Eternal peace..."

As she spoke those words, Aponia's hand lingers on Madeline's back, sensing that her time is drawing near. Soon, when Aponia lays down on her bed, Madeline will no longer be a part of her vision, for Aponia sees glimpses of the future upon touching others.

Walking away from the bakery, Aponia heads towards the church, burdened with the power to foresee the deaths of those she encounters. She doesn't understand why she was born with such a gift, but one thing remains clear in her mind: it is a divine gift, and she is determined to make the best use of it.

Yet, no matter what she does, she finds that she can alter their fate, only to see them meet a more tragic demise.

Why?

That question echoes incessantly in Aponia's mind. Why was she bestowed with this power if it cannot change anything?

All she can do is offer her assistance and strive to provide the children with the happiest moments of their lives. However, she knows deep down that her efforts fall short.

In particular, Aponia possesses the ability to "persuade" others, or so she describes it.

However, even with this ability, it requires the willingness and effectiveness of the person in question for her influence to take hold. Aponia has long given up on changing the course of their futures. Instead, all she can do is pray for their eternal peace and provide them with a place of happiness before their inevitable demise.

Letting out another sigh, Aponia continues on her way. She observes the people around her, their fates hanging precariously by a thread, and she can't help but sigh once more. The exact count of her sighs eludes her, but she knows it has been frequent and numerous.

Suddenly, an earthquake shakes the ground, causing Honkai beasts to emerge from their hiding places. Panic ensues as the creatures mercilessly attack, and the air is filled with screams and desperate pleas for survival.

Aponia's eyes widen slightly as she surveys the chaos around her, although they remain devoid of any true life. Then, a realization strikes her.

"The church... The children..." She mutters under her breath, forgetting about the basket of bread she had been carrying. Without hesitation, she abandons it and rushes towards the shelter, determined to protect the children within the church.

In the midst of the chaos, Yae Sakura, a member of Cocoon and a designated "cleaner" for MOTH, arrives at the shelter, dispatched to investigate the peculiar and powerful Honkai signals emanating from Sundown Alley. Sakura assesses her surroundings, feeling the tremors of the earthquake and stumbling slightly in the process.

Aware that time is of the essence, Sakura swiftly takes action. She retrieves her Honkai detector, a device that begins to emit slow, repetitive beeps as she holds it in her hand. Determined, Sakura moves with agility, following the increasing pace of the detector's beeping. Eventually, she comes to a halt and directs her attention to the shelter, aiming the device towards it.

After a few tense minutes, Sakura enters the shelter. Her eyes widen at the sight that greets her-a multitude of Honkai-infected individuals, including numerous children. Sakura knows exactly what needs to be done. Just as she is about to unsheathe her katana to fulfill her duty and commence the "clean up" process, her gaze falls upon Kalpas.

To her surprise, Kalpas is behaving differently, devoid of anger. He stands there, almost menacingly.

Sakura blinks, momentarily confused by the presence of this masked man intently observing her. However, she quickly shakes off her distraction, refocuses her attention, and proceeds to unsheathe her katana. It is time for her to fulfill her mission and carry out the necessary "clean up" procedures.

Kalpas flinches momentarily before reverting back to his short-tempered demeanor. He lunges towards Yae Sakura, catching her off guard as he pushes her and lands a blow to her stomach. Sakura is taken aback by Kalpas's sudden aggression.

"Did he just...?" Sakura wonders in her thoughts, regaining her balance and swiftly backflipping three times to create distance. However, Kalpas clenches his fist and charges at her again, striking the ground with force and causing it to shatter. Yae Sakura retreats once more, contemplating in her thoughts, "He's stopping me?" It surprises her that a seemingly ordinary "human" can contend with her, a MANTIS.

Having unsheathed her blade, Sakura is ready to strike back. Suddenly, the distant sounds of artillery bullets fill the air. Giant projectiles come crashing down near her, forcing Sakura to leap away to avoid the onslaught.

Once the barrage ceases, Yae Sakura surveys the aftermath. The surroundings are marked by destruction, with smoke and dust obscuring the area. The shattered ground and scattered rocks further illustrate the magnitude of the impact.

Through the haze, Sakura catches sight of a large figure in the distance, adorned with four glowing red eyes. The silhouette remains obscured by the thick smoke, filling Sakura with shock and a hint of fear. Yet, she refuses to succumb to fear.

Without hesitation, Sakura dashes through the dissipating smoke, attempting to reach the other side, but the figure vanishes into thin air.

"Damn it," Sakura mutters under her breath.

She turns her attention back and as the dusty smoke gradually clears, revealing the still-standing church. Sakura sighs in frustration, gripping her katana firmly. However, her gaze shifts to Kalpas, who clenches both fists together, displaying his dominance and readiness.

Sakura ponders for a moment before addressing Kalpas, "Did you sense that danger? Were you aware of it?" She can't help but inquire, considering her own abilities as a MANTIS should have enabled her to sense it as well.

However, she couldn't.

On the other side, Kalpas grits his teeth, poised for the imminent confrontation. Sakura readies her blade, but their attention is diverted as they hear the distant sound of a motor. They both look towards the source and see Elysia approaching on a pink motorcycle.

The pink Motorcycle of Elysia is made by Aeon as a gift for having a job in MOTH.

With a wave of her arm, Elysia calls out, "Hiiii~~!" She rides closer and closer, eventually stopping near them. Dismounting from her pink bike, she turns around and smiles at Sakura and Kalpass.

Sakura was left stunned, finding the entire situation increasingly absurd. She couldn't help but raise her eyebrow at Elysia.

"Elysia, why are you here?" Sakura questioned, her confusion evident.

Elysia responded with her usual cheerful and cute smile, turning her head towards Kalpass and offering him her hand.

"I'm here to scout you," Elysia simply stated, still wearing her bright smile.

Both Sakura and Kalpas exchanged confused glances and simultaneously said, "Huh?"

Elysia continued to extend her hand towards Kalpas, maintaining her smile.

Meanwhile, Aponia was still making her way towards the shelter, desperately avoiding the chaos that surrounded her. She zigzagged through the crumbling buildings, dodging people and objects flying through the air and crashing to the ground. Panting heavily, she ran towards the shelter, her only hope being that the people she had tried to help were safe.

In the midst of the pandemonium, Aponia noticed a crying child. She was initially hesitant to approach, knowing that her previous attempts to change the child's fate had been in vain. However, as she was about to run past, she saw a woman with an icy body and a sinister smile approaching the child, ready to attack.

Flinching, Aponia's maternal instincts took over, and she instinctively dashed towards the child, embracing him tightly. As the child cried, Aponia kept her gaze lowered, questioning her actions, "What am I doing? What am I thinking?" Such thoughts raced through her mind.

The woman's wicked smile evolves into a sadistic laugh as she conjures dozens of icicle spears, all aimed at the vulnerable pair.

It becomes evident that this is no ordinary woman-she is the infamous Herrescher of Ice, endowed with powers capable of bending the very fabric of reality.

With a raised hand, the Herrescher prepares to unleash her deadly arsenal upon Aponia and the child.

However, before she can execute her malevolent plan, a tremendous force strikes her with a thunderous blow.

(Author: there is suppose to be a sketch here)

"UGHH!!" The Herrescher screams in agony as the giant figure, unmistakably Aeon, emerges onto the scene. Aeon's towering golden mechanical body, accentuated by black streaks and menacing red eyes, embodies a monstrous visage, ready to exact vengeance upon the Herrescher of Ice.

From Aponia's perspective, the sudden appearance of this enigmatic machine leaves her shaken. As she clings tightly to the child, the thought echoes in her mind, "How did it sneak up on us?"

Shaking off her bewilderment, Aponia swiftly regains her footing, seizes the child, and makes a daring escape, leaving the two enigmatic entities to engage in a fierce battle.

Aeon's gaze fixates upon the fallen Herrescher of Ice, prompting her to draw both P90s with lightning speed. Recognizing the opportune moment to strike, Aeon showers the Herrescher with a relentless barrage of bullets, determined to swiftly eliminate the threat before she can fully unleash her powers.

Aeon maintains a relentless onslaught of bullets, his P90s continuously unleashing a torrent of ammunition. As the Honkai beasts encroach upon him, closing in from all directions, Aeon swiftly adjusts his aim, pointing each P90 in a different direction. With a firm grip on the triggers, he unleashes a hellish barrage of artillery-sized bullets that tear through the surrounding chaos.

(Author: P90s go BRRRRRRRRRRR!!)

In a display of immense strength and agility, Aeon effortlessly dispatches one Honkai beast by launching it like a football, while simultaneously delivering a bone-crushing punch to another. His strikes land with precision, each blow exuding a ferocity that matches the relentless onslaught of his bullets.

Undeterred, Aeon seamlessly transitions between devastating punches, powerful kicks, and a continuous stream of bullets aimed directly at the faces of the encroaching beasts. With unwavering focus and unwavering resolve, he orchestrates a symphony of violence, utilizing both his physical prowess and the lethal firepower at his disposal.

With every punch and kick, accompanied by the thunderous roar of gunfire, Aeon sends a resounding message to the Honkai beasts-they are no match for his indomitable strength.

After decimating the Honkai beast in the vicinity, Aeon's attention is drawn to a chilling mist of icy fog. He turns his gaze back to the Herrescher of Ice, who remains sprawled on the ground, visibly enraged and severely wounded from the relentless onslaught of bullets.

In a display of sheer determination, the Herrescher of Ice unleashes a colossal wave of icy energy, causing the surrounding radios to freeze over, turning into snow or even solid ice. Aeon, activating his gears and setting his mechanical legs into motion, begins to back away, his mechanical body experiencing the chilling embrace of the ice. However, he pushes through, relentlessly propelling his mechanical form forward as the Herrescher flew upwards despite having big damage was given.

Locked in a tense confrontation, the Herrescher of Ice gazes down while Aeon looks up, their eyes meeting in a battle of wills. The Herrescher emits inaudible, ear-piercing screams, however the high-pitched sounds didn't affect on Aeon's senses through his mechanical ears which he is still standing glaring, as the Herrescher conjures icicle spears and summons Honkai Beast, specifically Frist Catapults and Ice Catapults.

(Author: I know those who reads this might know what are these but, but for those who don't, a Honkai beast called catapult that has big ball and throw and go boom and has different varieties of catapults, that's why their is Frost and ice catapults, even though they are technically the same but meh, that's it)

Unfazed by the daunting challenge ahead, Aeon, towering in his magnificent golden mechanical body with piercing red eyes, retrieves his trusty P90s once again. Crossing his arms with unwavering resolve, he addresses the Herrescher, his voice resolute with a low tone and filled with determination.

"Let the ripping commence."
