The red wine was the authentic Chateau Latour. It was stored in 2003 and received full marks from Parker, Falstaff, "Wine Review", 99 from "Jeffrey's" and 98 from "Wine Spectators".
In history, the most successful year for Chateau Latour was 03.
The bottle of wine in front of Wang Yan was genuinely brewed in 2004. It just entered the drinking period to date, and would maintain at least 30 years at peak.
Picked in that year and then brewed in the second year, even the grapes were stored with special technology for future brewing, was the wine industry real norm.
Wang Yan was getting better at this, which was why he chose this most special red wine.
