Right before Sol had his name called out by someone outside, he noticed a duo of men descending a large flight of stairs to the very left of the guild room.
One of them was yapping away, walking backward down the stairs as he spoke to the one walking above him.
He appeared to be quite young, but he didn't catch nearly as much of Sol's attention as the man a few steps above him.
Unlike the younger man, this gentleman in his early forties was clearly not an average Mercenary.
He wore thick wool robes and had a salt and pepper stubble. His gaze was wise and dominating, although calm and stoic.
A scar was carved across half of his freckled face, giving this guy a scary look.
