A mansion with a gold plated staircase!

I felt myself being placed on a soft surface. I opened my eyes to see a doctor checking my vitals. I grimaced as he touched my wrist to check my pulse. Seeing that I was awake he let go of my hand. I glared at him before asking for my maid. He stood up and went to get her.

Why did I suddenly act so cold towards a doctor who was only trying to help me? Was that the real Jasmine? Did she not like being in contact with people? By the looks of it the doctor didn't seem surprised when I glared at him, so Jasmine probably acted this way all the time. What didn't make sense about this was, if she didn't like being touched by people, why did she have a harem of men? Didn't they do IT every day..? I, as a virgin blushed just thinking about it.

When I heard a knock on the door I assumed it was my maid so I said "come in." When the door opened it wasn't my maid but a handsome man looking frantically at me. I gaped at him, was this another person who I knew on a more than personal level? I looked at him expectantly, waiting for him to talk.

He finally stopped panicking and walked up to me, bending down to be looking directly into my eyes. I looked at him, his short, curly orange hair made him look like an orange cat. Even his eyes, which were green were filled with affection as if to say 'pet me please' I softly chuckled before unconsciously reaching out to pat him on the head. When I realised what I did I quickly took my hand away and looked the other way.

He got up and walked to the other side of the bed looking at me again. He then finally spoke and said "Miss Jasmine, I was so worried when I saw you faint. I'm thankful that I was there to catch you just in time" His voice was deep yet soft at the same time! So he was the one so caught me?

I nodded before saying "Thank you" I didn't know his name though! What was I going to do if I needed to say his name?

He then pulled out a piece of paper and handed it to me. "Look here! It's my turn today! It's Thursday so it's my turn isn't it?"

I looked at the paper, it had a few names on it and under Thursday it said "Nori Takagi" Oh thank you Nori! I can know everyone's names now thanks to you!

Wait did he say his turn? So I have to…. "ss Cho" What am I going to do? "Miss…." Do I really have to lay in bed with a man I just met? "Miss Cho!" I was pulled out of my thoughts when I heard said man say my name. I saw him looking at me worriedly.

To console him I said "I was just thinking about something, don't worry." He brightened up after hearing that and nodded happily. It was adorable!

Agh what am I gonna do about tonight though?

Nori left shortly after making sure I was ok, promising me that he would return later tonight at the usual place. I didn't know what the 'usual place' was but I simply nodded.

I was fed up of just laying in bed all day so I thought a little tour of my new mansion wouldn't hurt right? I got out of the bed and walked out of the room. This was probably the top floor. I looked to see there were a few rooms up here so I decided to open and see each one of them. The first room was this luxurious looking bathroom that looked like it was inspired by a Japanese garden. It had fake grass as the floor instead of tiles but the grass felt super soft! There was a small marble fountain beside the bath which was a literal jacuzzi! After just gaping at the fanciness for a few seconds I closed the door and opened the next one.

The rest of the rooms were guest rooms and a mini gaming room which I obviously took my time exploring in. I then saw the staircase and almost died! The handles were gold plated and the stairs were made of ebony! The staircase was long so the ebony wood along with the gold plated handles must have been super expensive!

I walked down the staircase and saw an old man in a suit approaching me. He was my butler by the looks of it. He bent down and apologised. For what? I didn't know. I stopped him by saying "It wasn't your fault." He nodded, thanking me.

I saw a name tag on his suit and found out his name was 'Hans'

I decided to ask him if the gold on the staircase was real but I had to do it subtly so as to not raise suspicion. I said "Hans, how many carats of gold were used on the staircase hm?" He stopped talking and said "Oh it was of course 24 carats m'lady"

Wow! Pure gold? That is soo cool! I nodded subtly when I saw him looking at me. He then led me to the dining table where I had the most gourmet meals!

When I finished having a relaxing bath I walked to my bedroom and when I opened the bedroom I saw-

Nori was sitting on the bed with a silk robe wrapped around him. A subtle show of his abs made me realise he was fit. Very fit. It made me drool mentally. Agh stop it you pervert.

It seems the usual place was just my bedroom…

I cautiously walked inside and mentally prepared for what was about to happen. I should've left the country when I had the chance…

Hans was very worried! Did m'lady lose her memories when she fainted? She was the one who helped design this entire mansion! Shouldn't she have known that the staircase was plated with pure gold? Ah he was over exaggerating of course m'lady wouldn't lose her memories just by fainting! He should keep her health in track though! How could she faint under his guidance! He felt that he was to blame. Maybe he should lower her caffeine intake and advise some herbal tea instead. Yes that's what he should do. ;)
