The first mate ‘-‘ <3 Mina
Hey I'm Ari I'm just at the age of when I get my mate(s) I can't wait till I find my mate! Mina is my bestie me and her are so excited when we find out! Especially me to be honest I kind of feel like she isn't that excited.... I wonder why....
"Hey Mina, where were you on the weekend?" I said confused as to why she wasn't at the mall like we promised....
"Oh sorry I got sick and couldn't get up for awhile cause if I did I would quite literally puke ,it was awful" she said
"Oh well tell me next time?" I smiled sadly
"Sure Ari" then she walked away having not looked at me not even a simple glance!
Was she scared that I'd be her mate?..... I thought she'd at least tell me...
Oh well the ceremony telling those who are of the age of mating! I can't wait to find my mate! But little did I know that my mate was with me all along.....
"Heh I can't even believe the time has come!" I squealed
"Shut up" said some guy in my class, I think his name was Leo? Liam? I forgot.
So I sat down fidgeting a lot cause I was starting to get nervous cause I hear that it could take up to 1-30 years till you find your mate for some people... it's terrifying and depressing for some... I don't wanna have too many mate to be honest but I want lots at the same time! Does that make sense?.... probably not... sigh.... where's Mina?...
Then I saw her she was with her family she looked nervous? Scared? Excited? She wasn't happy about something I think...
"Hey Mina, what's going on?" I walked over to her
"Oh hey Ari uh-" then she finally looked at me, but she was shocked as was I when the mating bond pieced together and we both felt it. Oh dear lord please save me....
Mina: internally screaming
Me: internally screaming as well.
"SooO... was this why you where ignoring me?" I said puffing up my cheeks and frowning annoyed that she ignored me for so long because of this????
"I-I'm sorry Ari I just-"
"Hmph, if you didn't like me then just say it and be over it instead of ignoring me it hurts when you do that" I started tearing up out of frustration and sadness "if you didn't want the bond we could just reject it and be over but please tell me first" I starting sobbing because I wanted to be her mate, but she didn't want me...
"No, no Ari I do want to be your mate I'm I was just scared that you'd not like it since all I've ever been was your friend to you I thought" Mina said then she hugged me and snuggled in my hair .... dangit she knows my weakness for snuggles.....
" I don't just think your my bestie Mina, your the most precious person ever and my special mate!" I smiled and kissed her cheek then rubbed my face on her cheek cause it's so soft ,and comforting, and makes me want to hug her I'm getting so tired.... then I fell asleep on her from too much soft and comforting light kisses
