Training and a visit

After an hour of beating's I finally get the form down,then he tells me to make fist, second, and third form, this was easy because I was not trying to suppress my power after I transform he just walks away and says "train boy I'll send someone to help you train" I wait there while doing push-ups, it took a while but he finally got there and says " apologies lord Hail I was delayed" it was Tagoma he had sweat on his face because he knew how ruthless frost demons are.

I descend into my minimal form and reduce to 5% which leaves me with a power level of 10.000 because he was at 6.000, I began my training with togama by rushing to him and hitting him in the face and sent him flying I rush after him sending a kick to his stomach but he managed to dodge it and he kicked me in the face he was nervous I noticed and said "calm down I'm not going to kill you", he calms down a bit and we continue training for the rest of the day, I wanted to see the results of my power gain(status)

I take a scouter and use it on tagoma and his power level grew to 100.000 after resting I went to my father freiza to ask him for teset subjects and tell him they might die he agrees and gives me a group of saiyans , then he asked what I was going to do I told him to come along we walk outside and I began stealing the energy of the saiyans he noticed the energy gathered in my hands and sees the saiyans drop to the ground and ask what I did, " I took their energy which also killed them I can eat it and gain power" I cut the fruit shaped energy in half and gave it to him he ate it and gained a small bit of power it only increased his power by 50.000 I quickly ate my piece before he could take it he then says " Hail we are going to planets so you can absorb the energy".

Freiza took me to go to a nearby planet but we were stopped by a purple cat(known as beerus) freiza upon seeing him stumbled back and ask "h-have y-you c-come t-to k-kill me?" "No freiza I've come to tell you to destroy the saiyans If you don't I will erase you, oh? You have a son? And who might you be" "i am Hail sir" "freiza you didn't tell him about me?, why" " because I made him train and forgot to mention you" " well bye you have three years to destroy those saiyans"

THREE YEAR TIME SKIP

Freiza calls all saiyans back to planet vageta but vageta and his group did not listen. Freiza told me to absorb some of the planets energy, I absorbed half the planets energy, and I was was met by bardock he stood his ground with a few great apes behind him they fire mouth beams at me but miss, and I start draining the great apes life force and they drop to the ground then freiza throws a death ball at the planet and it's turned into space dust

Since the passing of three years and energy from planet vageta my power has increased to 2.100.000 in minimal and in base full power it is 10.050.900,freiza is unfortunately stronger then me still he too most of the energy fruits I had and left me with two,his power level at full power is 50.200.018, after vageta and his group came back frieza told them "unfortunately planet vageta was destroyed by a meteorite" the group of saiyans were angry and suspected we destroyed the planet.
