Chapter 25 - Take a look

All around her was pitch black. She couldn't even see her own hand in the darkness.

If she wanted to get a good look and feel of her injures, she needed something to prop her self up on.

Since there was no light anywhere, she would have to use her hands to feel.

Like a tree or maybe a wall?

Anything would work for her at this point. She used her spiritual conscious to scope out her surrounding, all the while still laying motionless on the floor.

'Come on….damn it….why the hell is there no freaking wall!'

As Scarlett had been doing nothing but training from the past year, her spirit conscious was currently at level 3. Which was amazing for a 6 year year old, people don't even reach this level till there at least 15.

At level 3, her spiritual conscious could cover around 100 meters. After barely searching a 5 meter radius around her, she found something like a wall or maybe it was a cave wall 5 meters to her left.

The only problem she had, minus her injured body, was how in the hell she was going to drag her self 5 meters?

After thinking for a bit, the only thing she could think of was what Phi had said to her earlier.

All she could do was put it to the test.

With her limited ability, she manifested her darkness energy all around her. A black aura-like cloud enveloped her body.

Her control over the darkness element was astonishing. It was simply as easy as breathing to her.

She willed it to wrap around her broken body and tried to envision her self moving from one place to another. Now this wouldn't really work in the day time, as that wouldn't be possible to do with out a shadow anywhere.

But as the place she was currently in was pitch black, with no sunlight, it would be fine to move her self as far as her spiritual conscious could sense.

This wasn't something she new yet, though.

It took her a bit, but after about 30 minutes of trying, she felt like her body was melding and falling into the darkness.

With a 'whoosh' she disappeared, leaving behind a mini whirlpool of darkness that shook for a bit and disappeared. One simply couldn't tell that there was even a person there, if it wasn't for the smell of blood.
