HEADING OUT

- As they were about to leave the office -

* An alarm was heard throughout the whole military base. Commander Dave's office emergency light was flashing, indicating that there were demon creatures in the Human territory. *

Commander Dave lifted his watch to his face level and asked "What seems to be the problem?"

"Sir, the demon creatures have broken into our territory again" A soldier, on the other side of the watch said.

"How far are they from the base?"Commander Dave asked.

"Sir, 20 demon creatures, in the west, are about 400 kilometres away from the base, while there are about 300 demon creatures in the north, less than 200 kilometres away from the base"the soldier replied.

"Ok, send 350 soldiers to the north, 10 squads of secondary stage ability users each"Commander Dave replied.

"Sir, what about the west,?"the soldier asked in a worried tone.

"Don't worry about that, they would be heading out"Commander Dave said staring at the trainees.

* Right after hanging up, Commander Dave stood up from his seat *

"It seems they have come to welcome you on your arrival, anyway suit up and get ready to head west, but if you guys know that you can't go, let me know so that I can assign some soldiers to take care of the demon creatures"He said.

"Don't worry, sir. We would take care of the demon creatures"Alex said.

"Sir, who will lead us into battle?"Mia asked.

"Your captain will be the strongest and I heard that the strongest is Sheng Kai, so he will be the one to lead you into battle"Commander Dave said.

"Ok,sir!"Kai said.

"You guys should be careful"Commander Dave warned.

"Affirmative sir!"The trainees said in unison.

"The armoury is at the end of the corridor on the left side of the arena."He said, directing them to the armoury.

- Leaving the office, they went to the armoury to pick their weapons and armour. As usual, Alex clad himself in a light armour and switched his weapon from a greatsword to a 1st base second level demon creature longsword. Kai also had a light armour on in order not to restrict his movement since he can use his earth ability for defense, he also had a long spear as his weapon. Sai was putting on an ordinary chest piece with no other defensive equipment apart from a shield and a spear in his hand, he seemed to have learnt that he needed to balance his defense and attack power after losing to Alex. Mia was clad in a light armour with a large scythe which was black in colour and had a purple glow about it, while Ken was only wearing an armour since he could use his ice ability for his defense and offense in form of a sword and shield. -

"Alright guys, we are heading out"Kai said standing in front of the team.

"Let's go get rid of this demon creatures and get stronger in order to protect our world"Kai yelled as they stepped out of the base.

As they were heading west where the demon creatures were, they all had a single thought in their head which was; ' I am going to get more and more stronger '.
