Fury

After the party, Scott and Stiles went to Stiles's dad to tell him that Matt is the killer.

"So this kid is the real killer?" Stilinski asks.

"Yeah," Stiles answers.

"No," Stilinski says denying it.

"Yes," Stiles repeats.

"No"

"Dad, come on, everybody knows that the police will look for ways to connect victims and murder ok, so all he had to do was look through their transcripts and figure out which class they all had in common" Stiles says.

"Yeah, except for the fact that the rave promoter Kara wasn't in Harris's class," Stilinski says not convinced.

"Alright, ok you're right sorry then I guess they dropped the charges against him," Stiles asks.

"No, you know what they're not dropping the charges but that doesn't prove anything," Stilinski says before turning to Scott, "Scott do you believe this?"

"It's really hard to explain how we know this but you just gotta trust us, we know it's Matt, " Scott says.

"Yeah, he took Harris's car ok, look he knew that if a cop finds tyre tracks at one of the murders and if enough of the victims were in Harris's class that they'd arrest him," Stiles says.

"Alright, fine, I'll allow the remote possibility but give me a motive. I mean why would this kid want most of the 2006 swim team and its coach dead?" Stilinski asks.

"Isn't it obvious, our swim team sucks they haven't won in like 6 years, ok we don't have a motive yet, I mean come on does Harris...." Stiles says.

"What do you want me to do," Stilinski asks finally giving in.

"We need to look at the evidence," Scott says.

"That would be at the station, where I no longer work," Stilinski says look at Stiles when he says the last part.

"Trust me they'll let you in, " Stiles says

"Trust you?" Stilinski says looking at Stiles.

"Trust —Scott," Stiles says pointing at Scott.

"Scott I trust," Stilinski says.

At the Station, They go through the hospital evidence first. Since Matt had to kill Jessica, the new mother, by himself, someone had to have seen Matt at the hospital or he has to be on the hospital footage. They find Matt on the security footage but never get a clear shot of his face. They do find a shot of him talking to someone, though and it's Scott's mother.

Scott texts his mum a picture of Matt and asks if she remembers Matt's face. She remembers stopping Matt because he was tracking mud in the hall. Scott hangs up. Stilinski says they have shoe prints alongside the tyre tracks at the trailer site.

"And if they match, that puts Matt at the scene of three murders; the trailer, the hospital, and the rave," Stiles says.

"Actually, four. A credit card receipt for an oil change was signed by Matt at the garage where the mechanic was killed." Stilinski tells him.

"When?" Stiles asks.

"A couple of hours before you got there," Stilinski says.

"All right. If one's an incident, two's a coincidence, and three's a pattern, what's four?" Stiles asks.

"Four's enough for a warrant," Stilinski says.

Stilinski tells Scott to call his mum back. If she can come down to the station and do an official ID, they can get a search warrant.

Stiles goes to the front desk to tell them to let in Mama McCall when she gets there. He finds the deputy from the front desk dead on the floor. Her gun is missing.

He turns around and comes face-to-face with the gun, which Matt is holding.

Deaton is at the Hale house trying to wake up Derek with on luck until he blows on a dog whistle.

"That sound what was it," Derek asks and Deaton shows him the dog whistle before smiling. Derek scoffs before standing up stumbling a bit.

"you're gonna be weak for several hours," Deaton tells him as Derek looks at his right arm before looking at the busted floorboards and remembers how Peter got out of them a few hours ago, "it actually happened"

"Don't worry you're still an Alpha" Deaton says as puts the dog whistle on his neck.

"Where is he," Derek asks.

"I wish I could tell you," Deaton says.

"well how about you tell me what you are doing here and why you're helping me," Derek asks.

"Helping your family used to be a pretty important part of my life, helping you was a promise I made to your mother," Deaton tells him.

"You're the one my sister talked about she said you were some kind of advisor," Derek says

"She was right and I have some advice that you need to listen to closely right now. What Peter managed to do doesn't come without a price. He'll be physically weak so he'll rely on the strength of his intelligence, his cunning. He is gonna come at you Derek, he'll try to twist his way inside your head so do not trust him" Deaton tells him.

"I only trust Astrid," Derek says

"I know and the other person you should be trusting doesn't trust you at all," Deaton says.

"Scott" Derek says realising who Deaton is talking about.

"He's with Stilinski right now, you need to find him as fast as you can. I've known Gerard for a long time he always has a plan and something tells me it is going exactly the way he wants it to" Deaton says before they hear two howls in the distance.

Back at the station, Matt shoves Stiles into the office with Stilinski and Scott. Stilinski tries to calm Matt down but Matt is not in the mood to calm down. Scott tries to dial a number while his phone's in his pocket but Matt sees it.

Matt makes them all leave their phones on the desk. He has Stiles handcuff his dad in the cells and then takes Stiles and Scott down the hall, past a whole bunch of dead cops.

"What, are you going to kill everyone in here?" Scott asks.

"No. That's what Jackson's for. I just think about killing them and he does it." Matt says before making them move the Kanima's arm snakes out to grab a still-breathing deputy and drag him out of sight.

Matt makes Scott and Stiles shred and delete all the files on the case that might point to his involvement. When they're finished, Stiles wants to get his dad and go. Matt can enjoy the Kanima and his vengeance or whatever he wants.

Car headlights shine through the office windows. Scott begs Matt to let his mum go. He'll tell her to leave, that they didn't find anything. Matt says that if Scott doesn't go and get his mother, he'll kill Stiles first and then Mama McCall.

Matt leads them to the door at gunpoint. Scott opens it to find Derek standing there.

"Oh, thank God," Scott says before Derek falls forward paralysed with Jackson as the kanima standing behind him.

"This is the one controlling him, this kid," Derek says.

"Well, Derek not everyone is lucky enough to be a big bad werewolf. Oh, yeah, that's right. I've learned a few things lately. Werewolves, hunters, Kanimas—it's like a fricking Halloween party every full moon. Except for you, Stiles. What do you turn into?" Matt says.

"Abominable snowman. But it's more of like a wintertime thing. You know, seasonal," Stiles says before Jackson paralyses Stiles as well. He calls Matt a bitch and falls on top of Derek. 

"Get him off of me," Derek says.

"I don't know Derek you make a pretty good pair, it must kinda suck thought to have all that power taken away from you with just a little cut off the back of the neck. I bet you're not used to feeling this helpless" Matt says.

"I've still got some teeth, how about you get down a little closer huh, we'll see how helpless I am," Derek says.

"Yeah, b**ch"

Car headlights shine through the window again, which means that Scott's mum is actually here this time. Matt rips Stiles off Derek and puts his foot on Stiles's throat, choking him. If Scott doesn't bring in Melissa, Stiles dies so Scott agrees.

Melissa arrives and sees Matt holding a gun to Scott's head.

"Mom, just do as he says he promised he wouldn't hurt you," Scott tells her.

"He's right," Matt says before he shoots Scott in the stomach, "but I didn't say I wouldn't hurt you"

Stilinski calls out from the holding cells, wanting to know who was shot. Melissa tries to help her son but Matt points the gun at her. Stilinski yells from the holding cells again and Matt starts getting really angry. He locks Melissa in one of the cells. She keeps begging to help Scott. Matt finds it amusing that she has no idea about her son's powers. Matt tells her that if she keeps talking, he'll put the next bullet through Scott's head.

Matt takes Scott back to the front room. He doesn't care that the evidence is gone. Matt wants the bestiary. He needs answers from the book since he's slowly starting to get Kanima scales of his own.

"Hey, do you know what's happening to Matt?" Stiles asks Derek after Matt and Scott left.

"I know that the book is not going to help him, you can't just break the rules not like this like Astrid said," Derek tells him.

"What do you mean?" Stiles asks.

"The universe balances things off always does," Derek says.

"is it because he's using Jackson to kill people who don't deserve it?" Stiles says.

"killing people himself," Derek says.

"So, Matt breaks the rules of the Kanima he becomes the Kanima," Stiles says.

"Balance"

"Will he believe us if we tell him that?" Stiles asks.

"Not likely"

"He's gonna kill all of us when he gets that book isn't he," Stiles says.

"Yep," Derek says as he tries to push the toxin out of his body faster by triggering the healing process.

Scott is still bleeding and Matt has no sympathy because Scott will eventually heal and his biggest problem will be explaining it away. Scott tries to figure out how Matt died and realises that he must have drowned. After that Matt tells Scott his story the swim team won State and Mr Lahey let a bunch of 17-year-olds come over to have a celebratory drink. Matt was over at Isaac's place, trading comic books. Matt heard the party going on outside and saw everyone jumping in the pool. Then Isaac's brother, Camden, grabbed Matt and threw him in the pool. Matt yelled that he couldn't swim but nobody listened. Matt went under and swallowed water. He could see people in the water, making out or grabbing each other, and no one paid any attention to Matt drowning. When Matt came to, he was lying by the pool with Mr Lahey above him.

"You know about that little white light that they talk about, you see when you die? Well, I didn't see anything. Just darkness. Everything was dark. But then—then came the Argent's funeral and everything changed." Matt says as he remembers that day.

While Matt was taking some creepy stalker photos of Allison at Kate's funeral, Mr Lahey popped up in one of Matt's photos. Matt was consumed by rage and wanted to see Lahey dead. The next day, he was dead.

Matt explains to Scott about the Furies and how they were deities of vengeance. If there was a crime that had gone unpunished, the Furies did the punishing. Jackson is Matt's Fury.

All of a sudden, the lights go out and sirens start wailing. Matt starts yelling at Scott and that's when the hunters open fire through a window. Scott and Matt duck for cover. Outside, Gerard quotes Shakespeare.

In the woods, Astrid and Allison who were in their wolf forms hear multiple gunshots in the distance 'I almost forgot about that' Astrid thought.

[Are those gunshots] Allison asks (AN: this [ ] is when they are talking through their mind link)

[Yeah, and it looks like it's coming from the sheriff's station let's go take a look I've got a bad feeling about this] Astrid says before they head in the direction of the gunshots.

They set off smoke bombs. Scott runs out of the smoke and body slams Jackson. He goes to Derek and Stiles. Derek's moving a bit faster and he tells Scott to take Stiles. Scott drags Stiles down the hall, locking doors behind him. Jackson follows, kicking down every door he comes across.

Scott sets Stiles down and goes back to help fight. Or do something. In the holding cells, Stilinski has finally managed to break his handcuffs off the wall while Melissa cheered him on. Stiles is trying to crawl towards them. Matt shows up and slams the butt of his gun into Stilinski's head, knocking him out.

pleads with Matt to let her see Scott so she can take a look at his bullet wound. Matt is done with her being totally clueless when Derek shows up shifted ready to take Matt out but the Kanima shows up as well and Matt escapes and Derek fights the kanima.

The Kanima knocks Derek to the ground and then climbs around on Melissa's cell bars, trying to get to her. Scott shows up in wolf mode and claws him in the back, standing protectively in front of his mother.

Derek gets back up and chases the Kanima out of the room. Melissa sees Scott's werewolf face and backs away from him, terrified.

Scott runs away sad and bumps into Gerard in the hallway.

"What are you doing here? It wasn't supposed to happen like this. I've done everything that you've asked of me. I'm part of Derek's pack, I've given you all the information that you wanted, I told you Matt was controlling Jackson—" Scott says.

"And leave him to us. Help your friends. Leave Matt and Jackson to me. Deal with your mother. Go." Gerard tells him

Scott sees Gerard's pillbox on the ground and hands it back to him. Then he continues running down the hallway, past where Derek stands ominously in the shadows, having heard the whole exchange.

Matt runs out of the Sheriff's station but gets shot in the shoulder making him fall to the ground with a groan. He looks at who shot him and sees Victoria Allison's she walks towards him but then 3 gunshots go off looking down she sees her chest bleeding she looks up and sees Matt pointing a gun in her direction before dropping to the ground. Matt gets up and walks away throwing the gun.

Astrid and Allison reach the station before smelling blood they walk towards it and find Victoria on the floor dead.

"MOM" Allison yells as she shifts back and runs to her mother when she doesn't hear a heartbeat she breaks down crying. Astrid who also shifted back tries to comfort her mate but she sees the blood trail left behind by Matt.

"Allison," she says getting her attention before showing her the blood trail Allison's sad face is instantly replaced by a look of pure rage she shifts and takes off after the one responsible for her mother's death Astrid doing the same thing.

Matt runs towards a bridge holding his bleeding shoulder but stops when he hears a deep growl from behind him. He turns around coming face to face with a 6ft black and white wolf looking pissed off when another wolf joins the first one but this one is bigger 6,5ft and dark as the night sky. Matt freezes out of fear but not just him because Gerard who was waiting for Matt on the bridge is also consumed by fear.

Matt takes a step back before Allison pounced on him tearing him to pieces his dying screams being music to her ears. Astrid knew that Gerard and Peter were watching from the bridge but she didn't mind them since they were not a threat to her or Allison.

When Allison was done with Matt she howled a very sad howl which Astrid joined after which they ran back into the woods towards the packhouse.

Gerard walked towards Matt's shredded body with a complicated look on his face 'whatever those things are I'll have to deal with them when I'm done with my revenge. I can't leave thing that dangerous alive' he thought before seeing the Kanima under the bridge.

"No longer afraid of the water? You don't have to be afraid of anything my friend" Gerard says as he takes off his glove and stretches out his hand to the kanima, ", especially with me" he says as the Kanima walks over to him putting its hand on Gerard's completing the bond.
