CHAPTER 2

As the ship started to sail I started to look for a silent corner.

"Hey miss my name is Gon. What is your name? And did u board from whale island?", asked Jolly Gon.

'Aww so cute', I thought fangirling though keeping a neutral expression.

"I am called Mia and yes I did board the ship from whale island.", I reply smiling.

"wow! you are even more beautiful when u smile Mia.", exclaimed Gon.

'blush' "Wha… ohh thank u for the compliment.", I said blushingly.

'I guess I am beautiful if Gon is complimenting me. Well, I always wanted to be admired so I guess dreams came true.', I thought happily.

Then we heard something falling when we looked we saw a crew member on the ground with apples around him an apple rolling near Gon. He picked it up and we started going near the crew member and gon gave the apple back to the crew member.

The captain came scolding Katsuo "The crew member" to go back to work. Then Gon suddenly started to go up the thin pole and started sniffing and said, "A big storm is coming."

"What", said Captain.

"It's a huge storm that's coming! It's true. I can tell by the smell."

After that, the captain told every crew member to be prepared for the storm.

After some time, a storm came. "Oh well, I knew that a storm would come but not this strong" I muttered as I looked at the sea.

Captain POV

"Those waves weren't much. Hey, take the helm."

"A Aey" guuu (sound of retching by a crew member)

"Dame, this one lousy crew. Not one of these candidates can stand this small storm and they are supposed to take the hunter exam pathetic."

"here are some herbs.", said Gon.

"Th thank you.", said the candidate.

Seeing the small boy and a girl helping the candidates, a blonde reading book on a canopy, and a man eating a sour apple the Captain thought," I see, there are few tough nuts on board."

3rd POV

"First tell me your names.", said the Captain.

"I'm Gon.", said Gon.

"I'm kurapika.", said kurapika.

"It's leorio.", said leorio.

"I'm called Mia.", said the young girl.

"Why do you want to become Hunters?", asked the Captain.

"Hey, If you are not an examiner, you can't boss us around." Said leorio.

"Just answer the question.", said the Captain.

"My dad's a hunter. I left Whale Island because I want to know why my dad desired so much to be a hunter.", said gon.

'Whale island… So this is Ging's son. The day has finally come', thought the Captain.

"Hey kid, you're not supposed to answer his questions.", said leorio.

"Why can't I tell him why I'm here?", asked Gon.

"Not a team player huh? I don't want to tell why I'm here.", said leorio.

"I agree with leorio.", said kurapika.

"Hey, aren't you younger than I am? Show some respect!", said leorio.

"It's quite simple to avoid the pesky question by a plausible lie" "Hey! Are you listening to me?" asked leorio interrupting kurapika.

"However it is quite shameful to rely on deceit. That said, If I were to tell you the truth I would be exposing my deepest secrets. That is why I cannot answer the question.",said kurapika.

"Hey, you don't ignore me!" shouted leorio.

"In other words, you refuse to answer my questions. Hey katsuo." Called the Captain.

"Yes, captain." Said Katsuo.

"Tell the exam committee we have three more dropouts." said the Captain.

Mia POV

"Hey, Captain why I'm I not being given a chance to answer the question?", I asked.

"well I guess I kind of forgot that I haven't asked you.", said the Captain.

"Well, it's okay then. I'm going to be a hunter to have amazing adventures!", I said excitedly.

"Okay, now down to two dropouts", said the Captain.

"What do you mean?", asked leorio.

"You still haven't figured it out? The hunter exam has already started.", said the captain.

"what?!", exclaimed Kurapika and leorio.

"There are a bunch of hunter-wannabes as there are stars in the sky. The exam committee doesn't have time or resources to review them. That's where people like me come in and filter out trash candidates. So think before answering." Said the Captain.

"I want to become a hunter to hunt down a gang called the Phantom Troupe." Said kurapika.

"The Phantom Troupe has A class bounty not even the most grizzled hunters can touch them you would be throwing away your life.", said the Captain.

"I do not fear death I only fear that my rage will fade over time." Said kurapika.

'oooh, seeing it in person he is very scary ', I thought.

"Does that require you to be a hunter?", asked leorio smugly.

"This may be the stupidest question I have ever heard.", said kurapika.

"That's leorio-san to you!" shouted leorio.

'what a silly come back.' I thought amused.

"places accessible only to hunters, Information otherwise unattainable, Actions otherwise impossible. There are more reasons than your brain can handle.", said kurapika.

Leorio was about to attack kurapika but gon asked leorio," Why do you want to become a hunter?"

"I want money. Money can buy you anything! A big house, A nice car, good liquor!" said leorio.

"You can't buy class with money leorio." Said kurapika.

I snickered inwardly.

After that, they went to the deck to argue which is stupid why do they have to fight over simple matters and go to a dangerous place to settle it?

'well whatever they will makeup let's see them from here', I thought.

Same as the anime katsuo went flying gon went after katsuo to save him and kurapika and leorio followed.

But something unexpected happened. Kurapika and leorio's hands slipped and began falling into the sea.

Seein that I teleported to them and caught both of their legs and used limitless below katsuo and began to pull all of them back on the deck.

After all of them were saved kurapika and leorio shouted at gon for his carelessness bla bla and the argument settled between leorio and kurapika.

Then all of them turned to me at once and said "Thank you"

" Mia if not for your help we would be shark's bait" said leorio.

After all that commotion we finally reached Zaban City.

After debating for a while we finally decided to go towards cedar tree which the Captain told us about plus leorio came back with lame excuses.

After completing the old women's puzzle we walked for two hours while listening to leorio's blabbering.

I told him to shut up as it was annoying. Finally, we reached the cabin. But when we opened the door they all froze I didn't as I already knew what would happen.

Then asking leorio to look after the husband we followed after the other kiriko.

3rd POV

As I was following after gon and kurapika I lost sight of them.

"hmm how do I find that kiriko", I wondered loudly.

I was acting actually I knew that there is a kiriko near me.

"ke ke ke girl now your gonna regret coming here." Said the kiriko.

"please don't hurt me "I said crying.

"hmm " thinkingly said kiriko.

"nope I will play with you young girl." The kiriko.

After coming forward to attack he could not attack me as he was stopped by limitless.

"ha ha ha it's so much fun to see u try Mr kiriko." I said stopping my act.

"wha" he couldn't even finish before I teleported behind him and kicked him with all my strength.

CRASH

He crashed into a tree.

'well I should head back to the cabin.' I thought. Then I teleported near the cabin and walked inside there I saw other kirikos and gon and kurapika

After I arrived last kiriko too returned to the cabin.

Then we all are guided to the exam place though the kiriko whom I kicked was scared of me.
