It has been two weeks since then and Gyro has made zero progress.

'How do I become an assassin?' Gyro knew that he could work for some shit organization but that wouldn't fit his agenda; he wanted to fight and kill as many nen users as possible .

'The best assassins I know of are the Zoldycks, but it's impossible for me to join them since they're a family business.' Gyro thought

'Or is it, as long as I open the gate I should be able to talk to them and attempt to persuade them; but they'd never agree to let me join' Gyro wondered

Then an idea struck him he would work as a bounty hunter hunting after known criminals with bounties on their head and then through the connections he made he would start taking direct requests from large families, rich individuals, or even criminal organizations.

'I want to have some fun after thousands of years of suffering and pain I want to let loose' Gyro thought to himself

'And by let loose I mean I want to torture some fuckers'

Another Idea crossed Gyro's mind what if he made a hatsu that would make him stronger the more pain he inflicted on other nen users.

Gyro had always thought of the worlds he reincarnated in as fictional worlds created for his suffering, in fact he wouldn't be surprised if this was all an endless dream.

That also meant he saw the beings in this earth as characters in a game he wouldn't mind being friends with some of them but he certainly wouldn't mind being a villain to others.

Obviously the devil would punish him if he tortured somebody innocent, so he would have to torture some evil people.

Gyro's hatsus had a certain pattern and that was that he enjoyed inflicting pain on others perhaps he does so because of the pain he himself has felt in his previous lives, or perhaps this was a character trait that has always existed after all he was an organ harvester.

Gyro didn't wish to be a good person, after all he would not have survived for long in his original life if he was a good person, but if acting nice would benefit him then he wouldn't mind being that way.

But at heart Gyro already knew the truth he was a demon in every definition of the word.

Gyro decided to head to sleep and wank a bit.

Yes Gyro was horny, after all he had barely had any sex in his previous lives since he was too busy trying to survive.

He missed his 23rd life he would have sex for hours every day until he would shoot blank shots.

Dozing off Gyro suddenly feels something strange.

"So It's you, you cunt" Gyro says with a voice laced with hatred

"Haha, I missed you, you little shithead." A strange and distorted voice reverberates

It wat the so-called "devil" of course Gyro knew this creature was not really a devil but was more likely to be an angel.

"What do you want?" Gyro says

"I need something from you and in return I will tell you the truth about this world you're in and how to get out." The "devil" says

Gyro's head inexplicably shook with excitement and surprise.

This could be his way out, but Gyro's hatred for this creature was too much.

'Let's hear him out' Gyro thought deciding to listen to the proposal before promising anything.

"What do you want from me" Gyro says unconsciously deepening his voice so he would sound more inimidating.

"I need you to enter the dark continent and enter the real world first." The "Devil" says

"Are you fucking teasing me, you come here to tell me fuck all" Gyro says

"I just didn't want you to be too complacent, you need motivation to get stronger so I decided I would give you that motivation" the Devil" says

"Promise me to stop fucking with me" Gyro says

The "Devil" was the one asking for his help that means that Gyro was in a higher position in this instance.

"Sure, but you'll have to do something extra for me" The "Devil" says

"What is it that you want" Gyro responds

"I want you to enter a competition between us angels on who has the best competitor." The so-called angel says

"You mean there are others like me" Gyro says not exactly surprised.

"Yes but you won't meet them in your main world." The Creature says.

"Do each of us have our own dimension?" Gyro asks

"No just a massive planet, basically god just copy pasted the exact same planet for every competitor." The "Devil" explains

"Does that mean that all of the worlds I've been to are connected with each other?" Gyro asks

"Yes you can enter any place in the planet as long as you get past the barriers between each story's setting." The Creature says

"What stops us from leaving the planet and entering another one" Gyro asks

"There's a massive barrier on the planet's exterior that is impossible to enter, but you can exit it if you are strong enough" The "Devil" replies.

"Where will this competition take place?" Gyro asks

"We angels have picked an interesting world for you guys to enter winner gets to continue any life of his, of course you could save it until later use, and will get an insignia to get past a minor barrier" The Angel says

"What does the winner get?" Gyro questions.

"Winner gets a minor barrier bypass and an ability of their choice from amongst the catalogue that will be provided." The Angel responds trying to be as helpful as possible to help Gyro succeed.

"What do you get if you win?" Gyro asks

"I'm trying to impress an angel baddie and I'll get some money off of it" The angel responded

To think the being that has been tormenting him all along was a simp somewhat rocked Gyro's world

"And what world is it?" Gyro asks trying to change the subject.

"It will be Attack on Titan" The "Angel says

"Well that'll be easy, I'm guessing there's more to this." Gyro says

"Yes, you will all possess a random character from the show and will have none of your current powers, you will also all be on eldia." The angel says

"What happens if We die?" Gyro asks the angel.

"You will forget that any of this happened." The angel says

"How many contestants are there in this competition" Gyro asks

"100 on the dot" the angel responds

"Alright I'll do it, when is it happening?" Gyro asks

"Right now" The angel says while swinging his hand creating a time-space fracture that he pushed him into.

'I wonder if he'll live.' The angel thinks to himself.

Little did Gyro know that the angels power to resurrect the contestants was limited and was only given to the top 10 that meant for the others death was final.

'Well, I suppose it wasn't a lie since you truly wouldn't remember what happened.' The angel thought

'I said that so you wouldn't happily kill yourself hoping to end it all, you rat.' the angel said

Yes this was one way out, for death was final in this competition.
