When I saw her sitting there in the place of power I couldn't help but feel proud.
That was my wife, the woman I love. She would be the mother of my children, the head of both the Durfort and Harris empires.
I couldn't help but feel possessive of her.
I wanted everyone to know she was mine.
None of her teammates ever bothered her or made me feel jealous, but I just wanted to show how strong our partnership was.
The moment I kissed her lips, I lost it, and when her cousin spoke I wanted to stab him, but it still amused me.
"Just go," Lex grumbled when I threatened to do more than just kiss my wife in his office.
I smiled and gave him a nod.
