Chapter 4 Journey

The next 6 days I spent roaming around the Island, looking for a small village or town. On the 6th day I spotted a village called Crab village. They named it after the shape of the island. I know right, how ironic.

I started talking to the few residents and found out that this island is located near Whale Island. Also, learned that the ship that takes us to the hunters exam will not stop at this island.

So, I will have to figure out what I can do to get to Whale Island. I asked the villagers about my situation and they told me about an old man who fishes near whale Island. They also told me to be careful because he isn't right in the head.

I have no choice, the old man my only way out.

And so I walked to the edge of the island and found a small cabin. From the outside it looks run down and old. I walk up and knock on the door.

"What do you want, can't you see I'm sleeping in here!!" the old man said.

"The villagers told me that you can take me to Whale Island." I said, getting straight to the point.

"Hmm, I can get you there but what do I get out of it?"

"I can give you a long sword. You can probably sell it for a large price."

"Hmm, let me see."

The old man walks out of the cabin. From what I see he looks to be around the age of 70. Not to tall, not to short. Grey beard and mustashe. He looks almost identical to Master Roshi from DBZ.

I hand him the long sword. His eyes light up. " What a masterpiece, absolutely beautiful!"

"It's a deal!" he shakes my hand and starts grabbing his supplies needed to take me to Whale Island.

3 Hours till ship arrival

The old man starts taking me to the peir. Many boats are tied up to different poles. He leads me to a small boat. We get on the boat and eventually arrive at Whale Island.

30 minutes till voat arrival

Once l arrived, I looked at the small yet peaceful village. Everyone here was lively and brought a good atmosphere.

30 minutes later, a large boat arrives.

Standing on the peir, I spot Gon saying his good byes to the villagers. I run towards the boat in the distance and in the matter of seconds I arrive. All the villagers felt a gust of wind.

Standing on the boat, I see a lot of adults. Entering the room inside I spot Leorio and Kuripika. I sit down in the corner attempting to get some sleep.

2 hours later

I hear the captain screaming, "were going to enter a turbulence zone two times more violent than the last one!"

All the screaming has woken me up.

"Finally, your the last 4? Your names?"

"My name is Kuripika."

"I'm Gon."

"I'm called Leorio."

Finally my turn to say my name. "My name is Zack."
