Hunter X Hunter: Dungeon Mobs System

Hiruma, a twelve-year-old street-trained, eccentric, and abandoned child, is killed by a gas explosion caused by his carelessness. He awakens prisoner in the body of an eight-year-old. In a homicide-trained home where the masters secure their children's “brilliant” futures through bodily suffering and emotional wringing. — From his recently adopted wanker lifestyle to the whetting, dehumanizing, and gloomy power at his disposal… — The upsetting change, the nightmarish contrast, was an obvious extreme. However, the boy soon became aware of a critical issue: how was he to carve out his own free road when the dark path he should take appeared to have already been mapped out by those around him? After all, his hybrid “RPG-like system,” which could elicit sexual interest and mutual trust in creatures other than actual monsters, appeared to have spared him the gifts of coincidence and powerful magic.

"Where am I?"

Hiruma pondered his thoughts in the clouds.

He was a brash twelve-year-old.

He remembered the smoke and the thud as he realized he needed to turn off the oven immediately.

The gas cylinder had undoubtedly exploded along with the kitchen appliance.

He lived alone in a suburban home that was too big for him and had been passed down through a complicated family succession.

The neighbors were cruel and snobbish, even though they were just as wealthy as his extended family, who had finally remembered his existence after abandoning him on the streets as a child.

Nonetheless, he hoped they would be safe if the inferno spread.

He didn't want anyone to suffer as a result of his error.

A heinous error.

He made the error because he became engrossed in watching X-rated content on his young computer.

His hasty and temperamental prepubescence had caused him to lose his mind recently.

And, for that matter, his undergarments.

"Did I migrate?"

He was perplexed.

He was having difficulty accepting what was happening to him.

"The System? The Zoldycks?"

"How did I end up in that crazy family?"

Hiruma blinked briefly before bursting out laughing.

"You're not serious, goofballs? Come on, it's all right; where's the hidden camera?"

He looked around momentarily, but all he saw were leaves and trees.

He was in a valley.

Who speaks of valleys, who speaks of mountains...

Hiruma's anxiety grew stronger. His heart suddenly felt heavy.

He wasn't feeling well.

He had a bad feeling about the uncertain state of affairs.

It didn't seem like an elaborate joke, and he needed to figure out who had the means and time to pull such a big stunt on him.

The name Zoldyck was enough to make him realize he was unlikely to be filmed.

Furthermore, when the cameramen were so timid...

"Are you still reluctant to come out? I guess I'll come, then."

Hiruma, seeing a ray of hope, stood up and walked towards a bush.

He searched in vain for two minutes because he saw no sign of human life.

"Is it truly a transmigration?"

"But, if that's the case, who is Hiruma Zoldyck?"

"System, are you going to give me the character's memories or not?"

Hiruma relaxed and began to think.

But he didn't hear any friction, so his new concern was about him having an inactive and unresponsive system.

A sluggish system.

The system responded quickly, but in a different way than Hiruma expected.

When the system responded, he grabbed his head in agony within seconds of asking the question.

He received a lot of useful information and memories about his body.

"Oh, so that's who I am, Hiruma. Clan Zoldyck. The assassins' family live on Mount Kukuroo, a dormant volcano in the Dentora region of the Republic of Padokea. There's no doubt about it now. I see what's going on."

Hiruma sighed, but the fear in his eyes faded.

In his mind, the memory flood felt like sped-up time. Years.

He was both another person and his old self at the same time.

The Zoldycks.

Nobody in the crazy family was ordinary, including Hiruma. He didn't say much but was as wild as his older brother Killua.

He was two years older than Hiruma and ten years old.

Hiruma and Kalluto were fraternal twins and Silva's last two children. They were false twins, such as those born from very different eggs.

They were more like siblings than pure twins in that regard. The birthday they shared couldn't keep them apart.

Alluka was a year his senior to him and Kalluto.

Hiruma was frequently associated with and compared to Killua, despite being younger than Kalluto and Alluka.

One reason was that, despite his limited speech, Hiruma could benefit from appearing wiser.

The similarities between him and Killua started with their misbehavior and ended with their similar clothing styles.

Their features were also strikingly similar.

Hiruma, on the other hand, had inherited more from his mother, taking on her much darker hair.

Killua, according to Zeno and Silva, was the perfect representation of Silva as a child.

A duplicate.

This section was unchanged from the original, but much had changed in the family due to Hiruma's presence.

Beginning with Kikyo, who had two favorite kids. Even if Kalluto spent her time clinging to her coattails.

"Her," indeed.

Because Kalluto and Alluka were actual girls in this life for some reason.

That was the main reason Hiruma was not compared to them.

Kikyo doted most on Hiruma and Killua, but she had slightly different leanings and dispositions toward Killua than one might expect from the Zoldyck clan's matriarch.

Surely it had something to do with the hair colors.

Kikyo was afraid of her white-haired son but not of Hiruma.

Even if Hiruma asked her to move out of his way, which he never did, his memories told him she would most likely refuse.

Furthermore, she was a real mother to him, not a groupie. She was strict when she was in charge.

Hiruma, who had read the memories and knew the history, assumed she saw a son in him rather than her husband.

Not your typical Alabama son, if you know what I mean...

Hiruma was just speculating after watching Hunter X Hunter.

Killua, on the other hand, didn't care about his mother and didn't see her that way anyway.

Hiruma didn't want his eyes to bleed, and he wasn't sure how Silva would react if he noticed the problem.

He appeared to be a laid-back man, not a cuckold.

He wasn't crazy about his wife, though.

Who could possibly know?

Hiruma studied the window floating in his view more closely after realizing he had transmigrated and wasn't just a prank victim.

Hiruma was given the RPG System by some divine providence, which had a variety of functions; its two main abilities were Turn-Based Combat and Dropped Rewards after a fight.

Turn-based Combat meant Hiruma could force enemies to fight on a turn-based basis, similar to a game console role-playing game.

The two parties entered a spiral instance, a virtual mini-map that could not be interrupted as long as Hiruma did not want to be interrupted.

Hiruma still had the initiative, thanks to the system. That meant he would go first.

Hiruma, unlike his enemies, had no time limit for launching an attack. Furthermore, Hiruma's superior initiative enabled him to flee the fight on the first turn. The turn-based Combat could be restarted as soon as the parties inside emerged.

In simple terms, Hiruma could not be caught off guard and killed as long as his perception and nerve response were adequate.

This was ironic or fortuitous, given that he was raised to kill people.

Transmigration was a wisenheimer phenomenon; it didn't always care about karma.

It was ridiculous.

Mob dropping was simple and depended on the type of rewards required by the story...

Excuse me, the type was determined by the enemy Hiruma was up against.

Hiruma could cash in his rewards at the exchange store.

The system's second major ability was to assist Hiruma in traveling between worlds.

He had to wait to access the next one for another four years. This duration varied depending on the world.

Hiruma had access to the type of RPG store represented by the franchise.

It was stuck in the world of Dragon Quest for four years and wouldn't move an inch.

Hiruma could store items, drop them off, or go for healthy walks in his boundless spaces.

The inventory, the system, the small world, the dungeons, and the monster wagon were all present.

As long as Hiruma could afford it, he could capture or purchase monsters for various purposes. He only needed a drop of blood to create dungeons.

The level of mobs and the final boss were intelligently updated based on the number and power of people entering one of them.

Hiruma could trade anything in the store for his reward drops or other items from the outside world.

People who entered his dungeons did not receive any rewards.

The beginner's pack came last.

Hiruma had only recently entered the world of Hunter X Hunter, so he could open his starter's pack.

He got off to a good start, thanks to the system.

"All right, let's open and see."

Hiruma stated and pressed the button to receive the pack.

A brief glow enveloped him, and a massive wooden chest that only he could see and touch fell from the sky.

Not far from Hiruma's location,

In dense bushes.

Three people hid behind a strong tree trunk.

A young girl was clutching the hand of an older woman dressed in bourgeois attire.

Despite the mature woman's reserved demeanor, the dress was a little flimsy around the edges.

Desensitized was the best word to describe the thirty-year-old woman with the robot-like apparatus wrapped around her eyes.

She appeared to be separated from a part of her humanity.

When the little girl noticed the dazzling white light surrounding Hiruma, she was taken aback and raised her head to inquire,

"For a brief moment, I was concerned. Mother, it appears that big brother was unaware of our presence."

The lady nodded.

"Yes. I told you that our dear couldn't do it."

She said reassuringly, but when Kalluto asked again, she already had a frown.

"But what's going on around him? Is that Nen?"

"I assumed you wouldn't teach us until our next birthday."

The woman, who was equally surprised and perplexed, shook her head in denial.

She elaborated,

"No, Kalluto, it's not Nen because you can see the light. Unless this was a Conjuration, which is unlikely..."

"I didn't notice any energy emanation, okay?"

"You don't need to be jealous because Hiruma doesn't show Nen in his breath."

Kalluto, satisfied but still perplexed by the answer, frowned her thin, almost imperceptible brows and asked, "What is it, then?"

"I haven't the faintest idea,"

Said Kalluto's ladylike mother, Kikyo, biting her lower lip in an unladylike manner.

"However, it was not something natural."

"Let's see what happens next. Maybe we'll discover something."

She, too, was perplexed by what she saw.

She turned to the small girl in the cute butler garb on her left, remembering something, and said, with a rare little smile,

"By the way, Canary, great job. You did well to alert me when Hiruma tried to deceive you today. If you tell me, it's fine to let him do whatever he wants. We don't want him to go anywhere risky at this critical juncture."

"Thank you, mistress,"

The young lady responded.

"Very well,"

Kikyo replied, widening her smile.

"We're both from Meteor City, and I'm looking for people like you to join me in this house. It was always crowded with servants who didn't heed what I said."

"However, remember that playing and making friends with my children is strictly prohibited. Especially Killua and Hiruma, are we clear?"

"Yes, mistress,"

Canary replied, her voice sagging and knowledgeable.

Kalluto's eyes were devoid of disdain or other emotions as she observed the little girl not much older than her act like an emotionless robot and guard dog.

This was a standard scene for her.

Her mother's instructions were not to be defied.

Canary was gifted and already knew Nen, whom she was eager to learn more about. The servants, however, had to submit without flinching in front of the Zoldyck house.

They were always with their family, but that didn't mean they could act as full-time family members.

They had no blood ties and did the job for which they were fed and compensated.

Aside from powerful and influential housekeepers like Tsubone, those who were too relaxed in the past frequently ended up in Mike's mouth.

Only useful servants were required by the family.

In the Zoldyck Manor, those who failed to inspire respect or fear were considered second-class citizens who had to be content with being yes-men.

To be safe, they could only obey orders soullessly.
