After these things, the user has to activate his ability and keep going it, after the user activates his or her ability the ability of the Canner will going to turn into the white-pot and neutralize the effects or cast nen ability.
As an example, this ability was too strong that it could even work on the strongest limitations that have been set by the user.
Kurapika "Chain Jail" only worked on the people who are in the "Phantom Troupe", but if he uses his ability with the "Canner" then for the time being he can use "Chain Jail" on people who are not even in the "Phantom Troupe"
The Chrollo needed to see or know the name of the ability he is going to steal but if he has a helping hand from the "Canner" he will not going to need to see the ability or knew the name of the ability,
From these examples, it could be seen that how important is the "Canner" for the "Skull Hunters" and even "Senap" himself.

Marcus was in his room watching the outside from the window, he thought about the "Skull Hunters", he knew that in nen world there are people with different kind of abilities, that even not showed on the "Hunter x Hunter" universe, compared the watching the show, being inside of it too much different.
