Chapter 4: A Discovery

Flora tumbled over.

"Flora! Are you okay?" Claw rushed over.

"Yeah. Something kicked me out. I was literally shoved away. I don't know what."

"Um...She's stirring." warned Rain

"Where am I? You!" Ash leapt up and hissed

"Calm down."

"No!" she was crouched like a cat ready to pounce,

"Stop! You need to calm down! All of you!" yelped Flora as James got into a fighting stance,

"Stop! Please!" Claw was struggling to keep Ash pinned to the bed, "A little help would be nice!"

"Coming!" Rain leapt onto Ash's back, trying to pin her down, failed and tried again, and again,

"Get off me!" cried Ash, she managed to fling both Rain and Claw off her back.

"Help!" Claw hit the wall and a jar fell over and smashed against her head.

"I warned you!" Ash suddenly grew very sharp claws, even sharper than Claw's. Her eye grew green and the pupil thinned into a skinny diamond shape, her hair moved on it's own. It was like it was alive! She had a silver streak that turned red the farther it went down. She had multiple new scars and scratches appear.

"What's happening!?" cried James, hiding behind Rhys

"Don't ask me! Ask your mom! She should have seen what this is!"

James ran across the room to his mom, dodging all of the flying objects.

"Mom! What is this!? What is she!?"

"I don't know! I didn't see what she was! I was someplace like a forest, or a jungle. Then I was back here! I won't get to know. If I go back, it would have skipped it. We need her to go back to sleep!"

"I got it!" Rain grabbed a jar that read sleeping powder and grabbed a handful, she then threw it on Ash. Her eyes glazed over a pale blue. Her ears and hair calmed down, her ears and tail dissolved into the air! Ash fell onto Rain, asleep.

"Quick! Get her onto the bed!" Flora grabbed Ash's arms and tried to pull her back into the bed. Rain quickly joined her. James was hovering over Claw and checking her heartbeat.

"Claw is still alive. I can feel her heartbeat. Is that thing out?" James pointed at Ash

"She has a name! It's Ash!" glared Rain

"I'm going back in." Flora closed her eyes and touched Ash's head.

Before Flora could look more at her memories there was a loud bang!

'Bang!!'

Everyone was blinded! There was a lot of rustling and shoving. When the light faded everyone was on the floor. Ash was gone! Part of the wall was gone!

"Where's Ash?! Why's the wall gone?" Flora panicked, running outside

"I don't know! Claw is still on the floor!"

"Where's Rain! I don't see her anywhere!?" Rhys was agitated

"I see her! She's over there!" James pointed toward the wall, "She's staring at the horses' dust they left."

"Rain! Are you okay?" Rhys hugged her

"I'm fine. They took Flora too. I fought them off." Rain shrugged Rhys off her shoulder, "I know what she is. I thought I would never see one in my life. She's a…a…a newly turned Luna."
