Madness

While other mundane humans were sleeping, a certain red-haired boy was seated on his bunk bed, staring into empty space, or so it seemed. Beside him, a light-skinned boy with dreadlocks was snoring loudly, a subtle smile on his face.

Naturally, that boy was Apollo, and at this moment, he was dreaming. In his dream, he saw himself returning to the Ironclad clan with Nyx, defeating all those snot-nosed prodigies who held themselves in high regard. Witnessing the shame on all his stepmothers who had ridiculed his mother was even more exhilarating. Finally, he married the most beautiful girl in the clan.

Nyx briefly shifted his focus from whatever he was doing when he heard a strange noise coming from his 'friend'. He looked over to see Apollo pouting his mouth into a kiss. The red-haired boy narrowed his eyes for a brief moment, regarding Apollo with a confused look before shaking his head and returning his focus to the system screen before him.
