The End of the Exam

Emptiness…

Jason had his eyes wide open, but he still felt like he was in deep sleep. He only felt emptiness as if he were skydiving. Yet he had no control over his body.

A land of eternal darkness.

'What is this place?' Jason could only move his eyes, as if he were paralyzed. The realm was so dark that all signs of light had been swallowed by the darkness. He didn't know whether he was locked inside a dark room or if he was outside.

'How can this be a realm? Isn't this way too dangerous if it isn't possible to move around?' He thought as he tried to feel the ground below him but couldn't, as if he were sitting on air.

He opened his mouth and tried to speak out loud. "Hello…"

The voice traveled only a meter before it dissipated. He heard himself talking but was confused because it also felt like everyone else wouldn't be able to hear him. It was a perplexing feeling.
