A meeting with mr Cheng

It been exactly two weeks since the incident with Mr Cheng happened, Lian has been too busy with school work apart from her ambitious nature she is a deligent student with straight A's .

It finally the weekend she decided to put a call through to Mr Cheng.

"Hello Mr Cheng it Lian are you busy tomorrow."

" hmmm I have a lot of meetings tomorrow"

"Oh" Lian sounded a bit dejected.

"but I will be free by lunch time why don't we have lunch together if you don't have other plan".

"No I don't have other plans let have lunch together " Lian shouted a bit excited.

"Then I will send you the address" Mr. Cheng said before hanging up the phone.

At noon Lian took a taxi to the address sent by Mr Cheng, "hello Mr Cheng, sorry for the delay I was stuck in traffic"

" it okay miss hua I just got here myself, here take a sit ".

" thank you Mr Cheng".

"Have you thought about what you want miss hua"

" yes" I starred at him with vulnerability in my eye "Mr Cheng here is the money you offered me (sigh) I can't take it". He looked at me doubtfully.

"What do you mean you can't take it" with a lot of questions in his eyes, he was confused.

"Mr Cheng I know this is wrong (bites lips and looked forward with a doey eyes) but I really like you a lot ".

"What you mean you like me, what happened that night should not have happened you know it"

" I know Mr Cheng but I couldn't help it" I said with tears in my eyes, "I know it because of jian but she doesn't need to know". He looks at me for a while then said to me, " I won't lie jian you are really charming and if I say I'm not attracted to you that would be a lie". He was silent again probably lost in thought before he said again "l would get you a house you have to stop being jian roommate".

"Really Mr Cheng" .

"Yes Lian we can't go out in public or hotels to avoid being hot topic so when the house is ready I will contact you".

"Okay",(Hahaha you are finally were I want you ) . After the meal we both went out separate ways , Mr Cheng had another meeting so I took a taxi back.

"Hey Lian you said we could go for a movie together so we were you ". Smiles "jian I'm so sorry my sister mei mei called, something happened back at home I'm sorry jian we could go in the evening ".

"Huh mei Mei called hope everything is fine now "

"Yes I sorted it out already, so what do you say we go for a movie night"

" yes and I also have something to ask you about"

"Hmmm what is it tell me" I held me breath in fright, does she know I didn't go back to the hostel that night.
