Httyd: a unexpected reincarnation

I shot open my eyes only to see that I was floating in a void, I thought to myself "You know I never really expected to die so early in life… who knew that one step ended my life,

Anyway where the hell am I? " I tried twisting and turning to get a good view of where I was, Still pitch black. "REALLY WISH I COULD SEE RIGHT NOW" I screamed into the dark.

"Received request, applying adequate light." A robotic voice rang in my head making my flinch.

Then a flash of light beamed in the sky, as a beautiful field was revealed. I looked down only to start flailing my arms around screaming like a little baby. I mean who wouldn't I was 100 ft in the air, with nothing to hold on to. The next thing I felt was the soft grass.

After calming down I realized what just happened I jumped in joy I said to myself in pure joy "I can't believe I got a system like in novels. Oh my god will I get reincarnated or will I be given overpower magic." All of these words seemed to have left my mouth in an instant.

"I'm sorry to interrupt your celebration master but none of the sort will be given, god merely gave you this because you had died in someone's place." The robotic voice said seemingly shutting down my joy.

"That doesn't make sense." I tried to argue,

the voice then replied "it very much does as you have done nothing significant to help humanity and have an average amount of good deeds." Still maintaining it's emotionless voice.

"Then why am I here." Hoping to find the answer.

"Although you may not deserve it you will be given proper training and will be sent to the Httyd universe. As for the reason it is because this was supposed to be for the person you accidentally saved." The voice answered rather easily, it then continued "You will be given an hour to fill in this check box and to organize your thoughts."

Author note : I will try making chapters longer and more interesting. I'm also open to requests and will try to get a chapter up every Monday.
