Chapter 217 : Escape

Noticing that the two old men would most likely will follow him, Yuta decided to use the washroom and teleport out of there. 

And thanks to his Law of Space, no one was wiser. However, that didn't mean that he fooled those two old wizards. 

"The boy is gone," Grindelwald said with still amusement in his voice. 

Dumbledore too no longer felt Orion's magical power. And though the boy was really good at concealing his magical power Dumbledore knew for a fact that he was gone, due to the second ward he placed around the place. This wasn't a restrictive ward but rather a monitory one. Seeing who is entering or going out of the small run down and very much destroyed cafe they were sitting in. 

However, Dumbledore wasn't surprised, by now he had understood Orion's character to the point that he could predict what was going on in the child's mind. He is not inherently bad if all that nonsense that somehow generates inside his head isn't taken into account, but the boy has little to no regard for authorities or his own safety. 

In his eyes, Orion is a Grinfindore though and though. Hard-headed and just charged right through. Usually, he would be proud of these traits but not when it comes to Orion. 

'Why can't the boy listen or think for himself for that matter.' Dumbledore Grumble. 

The biggest problem with Orion is that he is a kid with powers which no kid should have. It would have been fine if he even acted like an adult but no. 

Now Dumbledore was pondering how would Tom Riddle with act in this kind of situation. And though he would prefer Orion over another crazy dark lord any day of the week, still if only Orion had a little more tact as Tom had, was the only complaint in Dumbledore's heart.

Sighing, Dumbledore shifted his attention from the one boy to the present dark lord in from of him. 'Another dark lord,' he couldn't help but grumble under his breath. 

"Why you are after that child Gellert." Dumbledore now was completely serious. There was a tone of threat in his voice as his magic also came to life. 

"Me!

Oh no, I am after no one." Grindlewald said with surprise looking like he didn't even understand his friend question. 

"In fact, I am here to know what I can do for him," Grindelwald said as he slowly moved out of the cafe, alerting all the Aurors and even the Dark Wizards when Dumbledore followed him out. 

"Answer me, Gellert. 

You don't do things which a reason. Tell me what you are planning and how that child is connected to this." Dumbledore said as he took out his wand. He never intended to fight with Grindelwald but the fight was inevitable. 

There is no way that they are avoiding this fight. He knew this just when he accepted Spain's request to stop Grindelwald. 

Grindelwald upon seeing that Dumbledore finally had his wand out, just rolled his eyes. 

"Sorry Albus, but today I don't have time to play with you. I after all am a man of my word. I said that I would go there with that child, and I intend to do it." Grindelwald said with a grin as he took out his wand.

With the wand out he swung it and as the wand swung around blue fire suddenly came to life. 

Creating a protective circle around him and the rest of the dark wizards. 

"Protego Diabolica".

A special spell created by none other than Grindelwald himself. It works both as offence and defence. 

Summoning blue flames of hell, he could identify foes and enemies. The spell will only burn away those who are against Grindelwald.

Seeing the blue flames spreading around, both Dumbledore and other Aurors hurriedly step back. The dark magic was very deadly. 

The Spell itself seems like a combination of Fiendfyre but unlike Fiendfyre, this spell was much more controllable. 

Not to mention it doesn't harm the caster or anyone who doesn't hold ill intentions towards the caster. 

Dumbledore was very familiar with this fire. 

"Don't go close, keep your distance. Back off." Dumbledore shouted as he erected a Barrier to prevent the enraging flames from reaching him though he himself noticed he wasn't feeling the heat. no doubt this is happening because he himself has no ill intention towards Grindelwald, he doesn't even want to fight him but he has to, but the Aurors were not that lucky. 

The shield which Dumbledore erected not only stops the marching flames but also protects others from its heat. 

"Sorry Albus, but I have to go. 

Let's hope we meet in better circumstances next time." Grindelwald said as he apparate from there with other dark wizards.

But even after him leaving the blue fire remained.

"We have to remove this spell. Work together. After Grindelwald is gone, this fire will go on a rampage. 

Stop it from destroying the alley." Dumbledore shouted as he cast "Finite Incantatem". And the difference was visible. 

He alone removed half of the fire. 

Seeing this other Aurors too came up and surrounded the fire, ready to cast the same spell and stop the dark magic before it spread.

While that was happening, Orion didn't immediately leave the place. With masterfully hides his magical power, and teleports out of that cafe. 

Orion went ahead to the meeting spot he decided on with Javier. That man was the only reason he got spotted and exposed today. 

He better have those Vampires' addresses with stamps included otherwise he is not sure what he will do. 

He quickly made his way out of the magic section of the alley and entered the muggle section where he saw a man with a little black hair and well-defined facial features, wearing a white shirt unseat and on top of that a coat with little red added into it. 

This was none other than Javier. 

"Oh Amigo, you are finally here," Javier said as he looked relieved, though Orion felt more like Javier was about to leave him behind. At least it felt like that due to him checking his surroundings like Werewolves were tracking him. 

[Amigo means friend in Spanish - for those lazy people who don't wanna google it] Merlin added from the side.

 "Yes, here and kicking, but we need to get the fuck out of here. Both Dumbledore and Grindelwald are in there." Orion said as he was back to his John Wick form and led Javier to an abanded area where he could open a portal and get out of there. 

Javier too just follows Orion. There could not be a more dangerous place on earth than here at this time.
