115 Chapter 115 : Duelling Class 5 (Bonus Chapter)

Both Orion and Nick were staring at each other with much intensity. Orion recovered his stamina in just seconds. But still thinking about how to defeat the guy in front of him.

[Why are you trying to win in the first place, it's not like you will get anything from him. You already know how strong he is. Neither you nor he can kill each other under this many eyes. And fighting will also reveal much of your cards against him, not something I advise] Merlin said from the sideline.

This brought back Orion mind from his planning on how to beat his opponent, 'Yes, why do I have to beat the guy in the first place? fighting Nick will not accomplish anything for me, in fact, I'm almost at a loss,' Orion ponders over Merlin's words. Till now he wanted to win against Nick but really that is not the right answer. 

Thinking things again, begrudgingly though, he was about to raise his hand to yield. But apparently, he was not fast enough.

[Watch OUT!!!] Merlin shouted as Orion was pondering his next move. Although Orion did snap back to reality, he was not fast enough.

"Swoop," 

He raises his hand to create a force shield but what he was not expecting was the spell was directed on the ground, nothing of his concern right.

Wrong.

As the spell hit the ground, it bounced up like a ball thrown and came to him with a down angle.

It was a hit, directly at his balls.

[Ohhhhhh]

'What about bro code man... even if you are a villain, there is some line we shouldn't cross,' Orion gritted his teeth and crouched down to ease his pain a little.

"Oye what are you ....." Orion was just about to shout out his frustration and call Nick for his underhand but another red spell was directed at him.

"BOOM,"

Everything went blank after that.

"That was a foul move Iron, you just earned a week-long detention," Snape said as he saw Nick's wand was still pointed at the unconscious Orion and said.

He for only the slightest of seconds saw a moment of hesitation on Nick's face but soon the stoic boy removed his wand from the Gryffindor boy but still didn't put it back on his holster.

"Don't worry, I will take care of him. I have seen many cases like this, one spell will fix him up...

"No we need to take him to Pomfrey" Snape immediately refused, this was not a bone or a skin injury they were causing, what if Lockhart evaporated the poor boy's balls? 

Even Rose, Daphne and Hermione agree with Snape on this.

Rose and Daphne especially, their future happiness might depend on it.

While others were talking, a groan escaped from Orion's mouth, slowly opening his eyes, he looked back at the boy who caused him pain. 

Things seemed blurry to him, but he still woke up. Moved and got up to his legs.

"Don't worry Severus, I know what I'm doing...." As Lockhart was speaking he saw everyone else gasping.

Following their gaze, both he and Snape looked the boy over who they were quarrelling about. But Orion on the other hand didn't look at them, hell not even bat an eye on them. He was fully focused on the boy in front of him.

Nick also saw him standing up and somehow he knew that he was in danger. With just instincts, he raised his wand and shot another powerful spell at Orion. 

This blatant show of power and sudden attack attracted everyone's attention. Everyone was staring at Nick, like asking why he suddenly attacked. 

But Nick and Snape's attention was on the person he attacked. Slowly moving their heads, they saw that Orion was still standing there, his body was only slightly tilled to avoid Nick's attack. 

Snape was about to stop this but just then another attack from Nick stopped him.

This time the attack was stronger than usual, it was like Nick was annoyed and just wanted to end this fight. 

He fully thought that the boy in front of him would again dodge the attack but that didn't happen, Orion looked up at this time fiercely and by extending both of his hands, he caught the upcoming attack in the air, the power of the attack making him slide back as he was sent to the very edge of the table.

Everyone was watching this with wide eyes. It was like they were watching a superhero movie, even after getting down the Hero gets up and defeats the bad guy.

The magic was not dispersing anymore, everyone showed this in disbelief as the magical energy which was red in colour started to rotate violently as Orion held the magic in his hands and even changed the colour of the magic from red to blue.

Nick too was watching this with much stunned face but he didn't wait anymore, he was ready to send another spell at Orion but before he could do that there was a powerful pressure slam onto him as the colour of the world started to go blank.

He looks at Orion again and then... then.

What he saw made his eyes go wide as the magic was violently rotating on top of Orion's palm creating an orb of pure magic power. Even Snape and others were wide eyes.

Nick was internally panicking and immediately wanted to fire a spell but....

But just when he was about to raise his wand again at Orion, his hand was caught by someone. This someone was Orion. 

"Ho... How.. How you came here so...." Nick stuttered as he saw the extremely red eyes in front of him and it was almost like his soul was shaking.

He saw a violently rotating ball of magic on Orion's hand and went pale.
