114 Chapter 114 : Duelling Class 4 (Bonus Chapter)

The moment Snape said this, Nick acted and anyone could have said that this was not a normal child's reaction or speed.

A powerful red spell rushed at Orion, this was even faster than what Snape showed against Lockhart. Snape watching this narrowed his eyes, the reason he put Orion against Nick was for this purpose itself.

To find who is stronger, well kinda, the reason to find what both are capable of. Specially Nick Iron.

He already has some understanding of Orion's skills, as his power is nothing more than a normal 13-year-old wizard, well close as after absorbing the dragon he was actually better than just a 13-year-old wizard in terms of power, maybe almost approaching an adult wizard (Aka level 2 intermediate). And when it comes to skills, Orion has shown what he is capable of time and time again.

So no... Orion fighting was just a plus point, Snape's real target was Nick to find what that kid was capable of. Even after so much time, he wasn't able to find anything about the kid, he is cunning, there is no doubt about it, even in the Slytherin house he is undefeated.

There is just no one in the second year or to Snape's suspicion any student at Hogwarts will push Nick to show his true hand, well none except one.

The attack Nick threw at Orion was faster than any normal spell done by a second-year student and even some adults, but Orion was much faster.

Someone who has fought both Vampires and dragons, he was very accustomed to fighting by now, and even if he had never fought with a wizard before, it was not at all hard for him to sidestep the upcoming spell.

This time around he was not gonna play just defensive, raising his hand he sent a witcher-style arh attack at Nick but the Slytherin boy without even a spell, by just a wave of his wand conjured a shield to stop Orion's non-lethal attack.

What followed was Nick using just one spell again and again but he was spamming them non-stop at Orion.

"Expelliarmus".

The entire room was filled with red spells dancing around and rushing at Orion.

[Can you dodge all of those] Merlin questions, still eating popcorn like he doesn't care about his student's situation at all.

'I don't need to dodge,'

Orion stood a stane before the spell reached him and breath in, 'I hope all those dance lessons actually work here for me,'

The first spell came and Orion breathed in and while extending his hand he rotated his body like a dancer...

The next second the upcoming spell slightly changed the trajectory, missing Orion by the hair's length as he too his that movement of his body to get out of the pathway.

'1...

2...

3...

I'm a rockstar.'

As the spell came near Orion, he started to move in a trance, his focus now was more on the dance than the upcoming attacks, but in reality, what he was doing was not seen by anyone but just Merlin.

[Allow me to explain, what my idiot student is doing here is manipulating space with his dance movement, while moving around he is also moving the space around him a little bit, it's not visible until something actually enters into the zone of his influence. When the spell is getting near his space, their trajectory is getting shifted.

Originally taught to help him learn how to use space without targeting a particular object and now this boy has turned that into a defensive technique which repels all but the most powerful of spells.] There was a smirk on Merlin's face as he showed a proud smile.

Students and Teachers alike were astonished at what was happening in front of them, first, there was a student who was doing spellless magic, well nothing as impressive as being able to do wandless magic and very much attainable if trained in it but still, it was out of the ordinary.

But they were gawking at the boy as he danced across the narrow platform and magically deflected all the spells coming his way. Using magic at this time also lifted Orion's charm cover, giving others a spectacular look at his handsome face and honed dance moves. And to even Lockhart's surprise, his perfume magic was wearing off as Orion's Natural charm was on display.

'Nothing less than Elf in Tolkiens works. Is that what a Lord of the Ring Fan would say,'

And then there were the deflected spells, Orion was throwing them all around the class, making them look like fireworks but also aware that there were students there, he was mostly redirecting them at the walls.

Poor Walls.

I'm top of the world...'

"Huff Huff Huff" Orion breathed hard to catch his breath but still his eyes were on Nick. The slytherine boy too was looking at him with disbelief in his eyes, like asking how the hell he did... whatever he did?

There was silence in the class, no one spoke. Even those who were close to Orion like Hermione, Rose and Daphne stared at Orion like they had seen they saw Umbridge Twerking.

Well Orion didnt look back dancing as per say, but it was just took them by surprise.

In fact, he look pretty good dancing there. Quite captivating.

But then suddenly someone started clapping,

Clap Clap Clap.

And like a virus spreading, the next moment the entire class burst out with clapping and loud noise of

"Once More,"

Snape at this time didn't say anything, because he suddenly remembered watching Orion doing this same dancea in the start of the term and his mouth was almost gaping right now.

He remembers watching Orion doing some weird dance after doing his muggle exercise. After watching this today, he remembers it.

"So that's what he was doing back then" Snape mutters with a complicated expression on his face, who would have thought the funky dance was magic to deflect spells?

Nick on the other hand became serious after his own mind reset at what Orion did.
