The water in the cauldron boiled and Alex threw in lots of herbs and ingredients. He stirred it for almost an hour and that was when the liquid inside turned green.
"Nice…", he muttered and conjured a large headless carcass of a goat which was cloned with magic, and all the cloned carcasses were tossed into the liquid.
The carcasses melted like ice in hot water. Slowly turning the green liquid to light pink. He continued to add in the carcasses until the liquid became extremely viscous.
With an upward motion of his wand, the un-dissolved meat and bones shot out and vanished along with the main goat carcass. Alex looked down at the viscous goo and pointed his wand at it.
The whole gooey mass flew out of the cauldron while Alex took out a ceramic bottle inscribed with runes. Small balls with a diameter of one centimeter shot out of the large mass of pink goo and fall into the bottle.
The process began at a slow pace but after he got used to it, he sped it up.
"Finally…", he said as he closed the bottle and looked at the last ball that was floating in front of him before making it go into his mouth.
"Ugh… almost tasteless. At least it doesn't taste like raw meat. I guess I'll call it the food pill? Nah… food satiates people but this doesn't. Good for survival but it still doesn't stop me from getting hungry so I guess I'll just leave it as it is. After all I'm not planning on sharing this with anyone. If I did share it with someone, maybe I'll call it Nutrition Ball? Or a Nutrition Pill? Nevermind…"
Shrugging, he walked out and entered the Room of Requirements again, this time about five large cauldrons greeted his eyes. Loads of ingredients appeared on the floor from his ring and it took him a few seconds to sort them all out according to his needs.
Five piles of ingredients were stacked up in front of each cauldron with the first two piles consisting of the same ingredients. One by one the ingredients were tossed into the cauldrons simultaneously.
Alex didn't have his wand equipped but instead, both of his hands were outstretched, trying to do all the tasks simultaneously. It put a lot of strain on him but it felt good after a long time as he missed the feeling of struggling to do magic.
Some of the ingredients were cut while some were crushed into power or mashed into a paste. All sorts of things were going on while Alex stood in one place sweating. Blood dripped off of his nose but he was so engrossed in making the potions that he couldn't feel it.
Time passed by and almost all the ingredients were inside the cauldrons. It took him a few more hours to finish the stirring and finally, he added the last few ingredients and executed the final steps.
He noticed the blood when he tried to smell the potions and wiped it off before going back to smell them all. After making sure that he had achieved the desired results, he searched through his rings and bracelets.
"Hmm… I forgot about the vials…. Oh well, I got Toffy for that hehe. Toffy!"
With a pop, Toffy stood in front of him.
"What happened to the suit that I gave you?"
"It is safe in your house master."
"All right… buy me a few large pieces of glass. They should be of the best quality to store potions and you know where the money is."
Toffy nodded, "I'll be back in a few minutes, master."
While he waited, he looked at all the potions and recalled their effects.
'The first two are high-level body healing potions but they work best in healing muscles and wounds while the effects of healing the bones is minimal. The potions in the third, fourth and fifth cauldrons should be consumed before workouts and they enhance the quality of muscles, bones, heart, and veins.
The fifth potion affects both the heart and veins… I don't have potions for skin, nerves, and organs yet but I guess I don't need them for working out.'
Toffy appeared beside him after a few minutes and placed twenty large glass containers that were similar to the volumetric flasks on the floor before disapparating with a pop.
After his elf was gone, Alex pointed at the flasks with his palm facing them before he got them to levitate in the air. Controlling them with his left hand, he took out his wand and held it in his right.
A large burst of flames shot at the glass flasks, melting them. The melted glass merged together to form four large vials similar to the one he used to store his insomniac drop.
While they were still in a semi-liquid state, he put his wand back inside and took out a sharp object that looked more like a fountain pen. He drew runes and inscriptions on the vials before cooling them down.
After everything was done, the vials were filled up with the respective potions and shrunk down to a decent carriable size.
"Phew. Finally…", he muttered as he took out his pocket watch and checked the time.
"It's four in the morning already…." He said, sighing. He left the place and headed to the bathrooms to freshen up before going to sleep. He slept until ten minutes before his first class and rushed over without breakfast.
On the way, he tossed one of the nutrition pills into his mouth.
From that day onwards, people would never see him after classes. He joined Neville and Hermione on Thursdays and Fridays and his quidditch practice on Mondays.

"-rty three! Forty-four!!! Argh!", he groaned, letting his butt freely hit the floor.
'Almost one whole month but at least I can hit the forties mark….', he thought, panting heavily.
