88 Issei Hyoudou

It has been a few weeks since school started and things were the same as usual except for a single anomaly, from the reports Masaru gotten about this human boy. The boy in the report's name is Issei Hyoudou, Age 16, his parents are normal human beings. He is a sacred gear host although it is yet to be awakened.

At first, Masaru simply ignored this low-level information since it was of no use to him however, it all began to change when the Fallen Angels took interest in him and it was then Masaru recalled that the Fallen Angel, Raynare said two years ago she was investigating a boy.

At that moment, Masaru had one of the girls just keep an eye to hear what interest them about this boy, yet the moment Masaru found that the reason turned out that to be his sacred gear, he decided to promptly ignore this boy once more.

Masaru did not even consider making this boy a part of his peerage, due to his girls and the other reason is the sheer number of complaints of this boy's personality. Masaru however, found his straightforwardness and bravery admirable, but that was as far his interest in this boy went.

However, today Masaru received the report of what happened last night. He was surprised that the fallen angels chose to kill him, but what blew his perspective of selecting peerage members. Was the moment Rias appeared at a moment of fate, as if everything was arranged according to fate itself and she reincarnated him with 8 pawn pieces.

'Eight? This is simply unreasonable... Could it be the sacred gear is a Longinus tier?' Masaru thought while reading the report.

Akeno was currently standing next to Masaru while he was reading this report. "Akeno, compile all the complaint reports the girls made about this particular boy... I will use that as an excuse to meet him earlier, I know that Rias intends to introduce him to us, but I rather meet him ahead of time alone"

"Yes, Ma-kun" Akeno bowed and went to her table to start compiling the reports.

'People mistake Rias's talent for pulling people but I believe she has bad luck. She only pulls misfits into her peerage and it just happens to be strong people, it's like her good luck is that her peerage is strong potentials but have bad luck with the problems they carry' Masaru smirked feeling amused at his Childhood friend's unique luck.

However, when he thought of the troubles behind the scenes. Masaru sighed, it has been several months he infiltrated the Old Satan Faction. The amount of information he managed to get was limited at the start because he had to start at the bottom.

However, thanks to Ajuka's fake head he presented. It took him far less time for him to accumulate enough achievements so he could finally reach a high ranked position and became a right hand of Katerea.

The downside of it was the fact he had to endure this arrogant woman's words about destroying everything and rebuilding a world for the Devils only with her as the Queen, although he won't generalize all woman to be similar to her. But she was the kind he would not be able to endure unless it was necessary, however, it was luck this woman was too arrogant and not too smart in a certain sense.

It was only two months ago, February. When he came to know that several other groups were forming a united faction using Ophis as their figurehead, he already knew of the mixed-race army which was the Devils, Fallen Angels and Angels who only used each other to rekindle the war between the three great factions.

But he was more concerned about the group of humans that joined, their Leader is called Cao Cao, he is quite a braggart talking about his ancestor as if the achievements were his own. However, the sacred gear this man possess was something that threatens Masaru who was already powerful for his age.

The worst part was the fact that Cao Cao called themselves Hero Faction but these fools have no idea what it means to be a hero in the first place, Masaru called them Adventurer Faction for his own convenience instead, since their only thinking about fighting stronger opponents.

Through investigating these people, Masaru could more or less guess why these people were arrogant was their mysterious backer. From varies clues, Masaru already concluded it had to be some God or God Ranked Warrior. Because there are quite a few powers that can protect them especially from Ophis.

The other group was Magicians lead by a mysterious figure who refused to show his face, it was similar to another organisation called Qlippoth which was also a group of devils however they do not mix themselves with the Old Satan faction and their leader is apparently the master of the Leader of the magician group.

It was only last month Masaru came to know that Vali Lucifer and his band of troublemakers was also part of Khaos Brigade but he knew Vali Lucifer was someone from the Fallen Angel Faction and also the current host of the White Emperor Dragon, Albion. Unfortunately, Masaru never had the chance to meet Ophis up till now and for some reason, he never has gotten to know that Kuroka was part of Khaos Brigade as well, not yet that is.

'With Ophis as the leader they will surely start to make bigger movements than they already have' Masaru sighed leaning backwards on his chair, he still haven't told any of his girls about his involvement and he luckily managed to convince Shalba and the others not to include the girls.

"If too many know of the same thing, the easier such thing would get exposed," Masaru told them back then, since then the girls did not ask of his mission until he felt it was time.

"Here is the compiled reports" Akeno hands over the documents to Masaru, glancing at the reports Masaru felt happy at how efficient Akeno was becoming as one of his secretaries.

"Thanks" Masaru kisses Akeno's lips softly before leaving the happy smiling girl alone in the office since he had too much to deal with.

"You leaving?" Ichika was standing at the Reception looking at Masaru coming out.

"Yes, I am going to meet this new pawn of Rias and also give him a warning" Masaru wave the stack of papers.

Ichika could see those are all complaints so she could only giggle thinking her master using this to move, like her all the girls knew Masaru was a tsundere who hated to share his true thoughts on certain things just like this.

Masaru could sense Issei appears to be at the old Occult club room which means Rias probably introducing him to the rest of the peerage. Following the same familiar route till he reached the Occult Club Building, he noticed the second-floor window was open so Rias was definitely here.

Entering the building, following the corridor and then up the stairs where their meeting room was. he knocked on the door.

"Come in" Rias called out watching the door open.

"Yo Rias, it's been a while" Masaru greeted Rias, he could see Gasper was already out and about although it was only within the Occult Building, Yuuto was standing alone like he was a bodyguard as usual.

'This junior of mine would be better at becoming a housewife' Masaru thought.

Barold was reading his book on the couch. Issei was standing in front of Rias and Sara was next to Rias. "It sure has" Rias responded with a warm smile.

Issei who saw this realized that the boy in front of him must be a good friend of his buchou, he glanced at him feeling quite jealous at how handsome Masaru was. But he still respected the boy who was respected by his buchou. As the saying goes, following Tits is only natural. However, he did not immediately register just who Masaru was.

"We just introduced ourselves to Issei, so he has become aware of our existences. So you don't have to hide it" Rias added on with a smile, Masaru nodded as he always wondered why she did not tell him immediately but she probably had a reason of her own for that.

"B-Buchou! Why is the Demon King here!?" Issei screamed pointing at Masaru, looking at him with a pure shocked face as he only realized just who this boy was who was standing in front of him.

"He is the most hated man towards us virgins! No no no! Ignore that part!" Issei shouted but suddenly changed his words feeling incredibly embarrassed by what he just said,

"He is the enemy of all of us men! Taking all the hottest girls for himself he left nothing for us! Don't tell me Buc-Bucho!? Are you bitten by this Demon!?" Issei turned in a flash looking worriedly at Rias hoping his beloved Buchou was not eaten by Masaru.

Rias rubbed her forehead, Sara who was usually stoic turned her head away to prevent herself from laughing, Barold and Yuuto simply chuckle at this fool talking so Brazenly towards Masaru.

'Pfft! This boy sure is amusing' Masaru smirked, he did not feel offended since what he did would naturally create enemies. He just never expected to meet a pervert who was quite open and honest, just like a real lustful dragon. However, Masaru noticed this boy had a sincere concern for Rias especially.

"Issei, that is Masaru Belial. Like us he is a Devil but also a King like me, the girls working with him in the Disciplinary Committee is his peerage members. And Issei, he is only my friend. I have no such relationship with him and I don't intend to either" Rias said with a wry smile, she knew Issei loved her breasts and did not want anyone to have her.

Although the reasons may appear inappropriate for a girl. However, Rias felt happy with Issei who truly cared and worried for her. It made her feel like a normal girl, although she could not help but lament that the one who was the first to show concern for her as Rias and not Gremory turned out to be a pervert. So she thought of training him straight in the future.

Issei who heard this collapse on the floor feeling like the end of the world just arrived for him, he did not expect to meet a profession, Harem King, right in front of him. However, he vigorously stood up when he heard his dear Buchou was still pure

"BUCHOU!" Issei cried feeling happy but he still glanced at Masaru, he swiftly moved closer.

"Demon King, could you teach me the secret of creating a Harem? How can I grope some breasts!? Can you take me as your disciple!?" Issei spoke incredibly fast, since his Buchou was save his only reason being against Masaru was gone and decided to worship this God in front of him.

'This guy... Really is too straightforward for his own good' That was Masaru's thought, he smiled wryly, "There is no secret, you simply have to be a man to say out your true feelings to the one you love. Be persistent in chasing, be brave to protect them with your life and always look at them for who they are as an individual and not their status"

Rias who heard this, glanced at Masaru with a complicated gaze. She knew that only Masaru and Sona knew that this was something she truly desires, but she wondered why Masaru would give such advice to Issei.

"OH!!! I will take your teachings to heart Sensei!" Issei answered vigorously,

"No need to call me sensei, just call me Masaru. We will be meeting each other more often from now on, perhaps in the future, we can more gentlemanly talks" Masaru said with a smirk, before turning serious to Rias.

"Rias, although it may be sudden. However, I suggest you teach Issei some basic knowledge of the Devils and minimal manners. I'm fine with him being the way he is, but towards other nobles, it may cause you trouble especially the Phenex who would use any means necessary to suppress you" Masaru reminded Rias kindly before taking his seat on the couch next to Barold.

"I will be sure to teach and train him properly, after all, he is my only pawn," Rias said before taking her seat on the opposite side.

"So why have you come?" Masaru place the stack of papers in front of her, just reading the first page she could already guess what it was, she sighed looking at Issei who stood behind her. Issei felt happy his Buchou was looking at him but he did not notice the stack of complaints is only about him.

"Although the complaints are sky-high, I hope you could at least tame him with your assets so he will be satisfied, that way the other girls will be spared," Masaru said with a smirk,

"A-Assets!?" Rias blushed deeply when she comprehended what Masaru said, although the latter did not know she did sleep naked together with Issei to heal him. She will be dignified and unrestraint in front of Issei, but in front of her childhood friend she could not hide her embarrassment.

"Also, if I catch him I might consider experimenting some toys on him," Masaru said as he glanced slyly at Issei who shivered.

"You--- Was those traps that took down our generations of hard work done by you Sensei!?" Issei yelled out in surprise when he realized the answer to their sufferings year after year, and it turned out that the Demon King truly was the one who keeps having a war against them perverts.

"Heh, you guys sure are loyal to your desires. I managed to get decent results of the toys we made" Masaru said with a smile, he truly believed the perverts were the best specimens.

"Also, don't yell otherwise I might use the legendary Eunuch syndrome and turn you into a girl... You want to try it?" Hearing this Issei immediately shut up not daring to yell at him, he heard rumours of boys becoming girls for a day. Just the idea of losing his "asset" was enough to convince him that his "sensei" was not someone he could offend.

'To think that the rumours about boys turning into girls but came back as boys again the next day were actually true!?' a Cold sweat went down his spine as he thought about Masaru's words.

"Well the other reason I am here is to check if you know of the Fallen Angel movements?" Masaru asked, he already warned Rias and Sona about this a year ago. And he needed to make sure they are keeping vigilance towards it.

Rias nodded so Masaru continued, "Since that is the case, I will not get involved in this, however, do be careful when you sent your peerage members to clients because there is an exiled Exorcist that is killing humans that had contact with devils. Sona and I have already minimized it but the pattern of how that freak moves is too irrational and the amount of people is too many"

"Thank you for your reminder, I will keep it in mind as will everyone in this room" Rias smiled warmly at Masaru coming to give her a reminder.

"Well since that is done, I will take my leave" Masaru stood up tossing the ball straight at Issei's forehead.

"GYAAA!! It burns! MY eyes! NO no no no!! Not my crotch!!!!" Issei collapse on the ground rolling holding his crotch that was gone while crying, he did not understand what he did to offend the Demon King. It was over! His Harem plan is destroyed!

"Don't worry it will only last the day" Masaru waved good bye leaving the room.

Rias did not complain about this because it was a good lesson for Issei to experience, perhaps with this he might mellow down but the words of Masaru popped up in her mind once more causing her to blush slightly.

After a hour Issei calmed down but he was still crying while holding his non-existent crotch, "Buchou, he is too cruel! He took away my most precious! Now I can't enjoy reading pornos anymore!"

Rias who heard this sighed smiling wryly, she pulls Issei into her embrace allowing his face to press against her bosom "That is a good lesson for you Issei, you should remember you can never yell at a noble regardless of their ranks. even if you are my pawn, your status is that of a low class, remember not everyone is kind like Masaru as others are cruel to the point they would kill you."

Issei nodded his head, although he was enjoying the sensation of her breasts more than anything. Rias smiled wryly as she added, "Besides if Masaru wanted to kill you, he could do it with a wave of his hand"

"He is that strong?"

Hearing Issei's question Rias nodded, "He is the number 1 strongest Devil in the younger generation, the number 2 is Sairaorg Bael my cousin. They are monsters in terms of power"

"How was it?" Jeanne asked Masaru who was sitting on the couch in the Disciplinary Committee room to relax.

"Although he is a pervert and a idiot. he is amusing, if you can ignore his blutant lecherous eyes then he is an amusing boy. However, just as I thought, Rias is cursed with bad luck to pick up misfits" Masaru said with a wry smile

Soon Yui came to hand over his tea since it was her turn to make tea for Masaru, as for when the turns for making tea for him had started even Masaru does not know.

"Will he become a strong opponent?" Yui asked.

Masaru rubbed his chin, 'Well if that strange mysterious force I sensed around his body is a God's divine protection then he could probably experience a fast growth at some point'

"No, not the way he currently is. Although if he finds his path, I would say there would come a day I can enjoy a decent fight with him" Masaru answered

"Master Masaru, it appears the Fallen Angels are killing stray devils in the town" Ingvild came with a report she gotten from one of her familiars.

"Ignore them, leave it to Rias, let them handle their territory. How is Kobe town?" Masaru already made his choice that Rias and Sona can use this to gain experience in fighting a true life and death combat, he will only watch over the battle in case a variable occurs.

Ingvild flips the page, "It appears there is no stray devils, there is however a strange rumour that any supernatural that intrudes that place will die. So not many dare to enter the place"

Masaru felt proud his work has been showing results, he finished his tea before looking at the girls. "Alright, I will be leaving for a job now. There is only two orders you girls need to follow when I am not around, 1- Don't get involved in events of Kuoh Town unless Rias and Sona can't handle it only then can you interfere. 2- I don't care about others but your safety comes first if it is too dangerous to escape immediately understand?"

The girls nodded all smiling warmly as they knew Masaru was truly concerned about them, yet it was a big step forward that Masaru was allowing them to get involved more actively in situations related to the three great factions.

Masaru left for the student council as he just remembered he had a chess game scheduled with Sona and if he missed it he will have to play two games the next day, "Ah Masaru-sama" Tsubaki greeted Masaru at the door.

"Tsubaki, looking quite smart today. I'm here to play my daily dosage of chess" Tsubaki said nothing only nodding with a smile while opening the door, there was two new faces other than Momo, Reya and Tsubasa in the room which Masaru believed to be Sona's two new pawns.

Genshirou Saji was reincarnated as a devil using four pawn pieces made him quite arrogant thinking he was one of the top pawns already, when he saw Masaru entered his eyes widen as he knew naturally of this boy, Demon King Masaru... It was a name every boy must know because it was their true nemesis with caries reason to this, since there have been many victims due to his pranks.

"Tsubaki-sama why is the Demon King here?" Saji asked arrogantly, ever since he became a Devil he began to look down on humans and he thought Masaru was a human as well.

Before Tsubaki could answer Masaru already tossed a similar ball he threw at Issei, Saji wanted to dodge the attack was still struck by the ball. When burning sensation erupts within his body, before he could even scream Masaru already locked him in a barrier.

The sight of Saji screaming while holding his crotch was oddly familiar for the girls although it was really a fearful sight. Yet one of them was nonchalant to this sight as she felt that it was only right for Saji to get punished for his insolence, but as his master, she had to be the one to punish him and not outsiders.

"Masaru-kun, that should have been my job" Sona sighed while speaking from behind Masaru.

"Oh Sona Kaichou, no you see I met Rias's pawn and since this guy here seems similar I thought of greeting him the same way. Don't worry it is only temporary. This Eunuch bomb" Masaru answered while not feeling a shred of guilt for doing something that he was not meant to do.

The girls who knew of Masaru's antics giggled finding the poor Saji quite pitiful for taunting this Demon King to begin with.

"E-Eunuch bomb? You mean Saji is turning into a girl? So the rumours are true!!!" a short girl with brown hair in long twin ponytails with green clips attached, green eyes.

"You are?" Masaru asked as he found this girl quite a good choice for Sona to choose, shy but energetic.

The girl touched her mouth feeling surprised that Masaru would speak so friendly towards her, it was known that Masaru was easy to approach and talk with, however, he always kept his distance from girls who confessed to him once "I am Ruruko Nimura, I am Sona-sama's Pawn"

Masaru nodded thinking this girl is well mannered, with a warm smile he introduced himself, "My name is Masaru Belial, Heir to the Belial family"

"As for your question--- Oops" Masaru checked the stock he took the ball from feeling a bit surprised he took it from those, a cold sweat ran down his spine as he chuckled nervously.

"What did you throw?" Sona asked Masaru with a serious expression.

"Well, I threw the Gender bender Ball at him... He will become a real girl for a day" Masaru scratch the back of his head causing the girls to almost trip over their own feet at how nonchalant he was.

Sona shook her head looking at Saji with pity but since she was strict this was a good lesson for him she left him as is, Masaru followed her to where their usual spot was prepared for them to play chess every day.

"Tsu-Tsubaki-sama, does Sona-sama and Masaru-sama have a relationship?" Ruruko was quite curious at how Sona was not reprimanding Masaru for disciplining her peerage members in her place but just left it aside.

"*ahem* Let's keep it to ourselves shall we?" Tsubaki hinted at Ruruko to pretend not to see anything, Sona indeed had a favourable impression of Masaru but her dream came first because she was not certain how to approach Masaru who had other girls around him although they were all his peerage members.

And Since Masaru did not see any advances on him from her, he was naturally unaware of it as well, his reason was the fact he already had too many girls at the moment.

While Masaru was playing chess with Sona, Saji stopped screaming so the barrier disappeared but Saji looked at Masaru with real fear, he heard of the "eunuch bombs" but what he underwent was a complete change in gender which the living hell out of him.

"T-Tsubaki-sama... Is this going to be permanent?" Saji asked politely while enduring not to cry, he turned into a girl even his voice became sharper and something pointy was emerging from his chest. 'This is really scary, his body was transforming too fast and there is no way he could go home in this state' Saji thought.

"Don't worry, it will only be for today. But Saji, do you know who that boy is?" Tsubaki answered while asking Saji a question, Saji nodded telling the story he heard from Students but then Tsubaki shook her head.

"He is a Devil like Sona-sama, and a King of a peerage on top of being a heir of a big family" Tsubaki corrected his misunderstanding by briefly explaining Masaru's true identity.

Hearing this Saji felt the blood in his face drained, he naturally understood what it meant and what trouble he could cause for his master.

"But no need to worry, unlike other nobles he is milder and only pranks you a bit to teach you a lesson" Tsubaki answered nonchalantly while looking at the report.

Saji thought his common sense was breaking 'Turning into a girl is mild? He destroyed my pride!!! How am I suppose to face Sona-sama!!!' He was truly feeling the pain in his chest, no his bosom.

Tsubaki who remembered something she just mentioned to Ruruok, she looked at Saji with pity 'Unrequited love... Is painful' Tsubaki knew that Sona might someday realize her feelings and choose someone and it will not be Saji.
