I looked up the building of the hostel, it consists of three tiers. A lady which I assume is the hostel warden was sitting at the entrance. My parents register my name and info, then we bid farewell reluctantly. "You've got a lot of stuff let me call someone for help" said the warden, I simply nodded. She dialled a number on her phone, "Hello Pristine... Your roomate has arrived, help her take her stuff above" after hanging up she turned to me, "She'll be coming down soon, I have to excuse myself", I nodded. I sat above my suitcase and waited, few minutes later a pretty blonde girl came, which I assumed was Pristine. She looked at me and smiled, "My new roommate?"

"I guess"

She stretch her hand towards me, "Pristine"

I took her hand and shaked, "Serene"

She smiled, "What should I carry?", I handed her one suitcase and one cloth basket and I carried the rest. After we got to the room, she helped me unpack. Then I got to know about her, she was an old student, she had 2 friends who left the school this year. She had a brother, who was a year older and smart. She told me about all the gossips of school and the famous jerks, bullies and playboys. Then she told me about her boyfriend, Derek who was the school's champion runner and her brother's bestfriend.

"Ring,ring" I jolt awake to the sound of bell, I didn't realise when I felt asleep after bathing. I woke Serene up and she told me that dinner was ready.
