A few months after the incident where the 4 Divine Empires were robbed clean, they had another meeting.

In same room in the nation of Milda, 11 people were sitting down with grimmer faces than they had a year ago. This time the Demon Empress and the Angel Empress had waited for all the Golden Core cultivators of a kingdom to show up before robbing them while their all there. The others who hadn't met them before now knew the horrors that awaited them.

This time no one stop for some time. Gong Fu finally stood up.

"I know what you're all thinking. Yes, we've hit rock bottom. But it can't get any worse, can it?" He said and immediately after another voice was heard.

"Ohh, how wrong you are, Gong Fu. This is only the beginning. So please promise me you won't die or quit mid way...." said Rias who appeared on the middle of the table.

The Golden Cores were shocked. She then snickered.

"I'm only joking none of you can quit until I want you to." She continued softly.

"Me and my big mouth" said Gong Fu as he sighed.

"So I've come to declare war. The Quartas Nation is now under my control. I took over the Profound Flower Sect a year ago and I've got about 20 Golden Core cultivators and the other 60 are now core cultivators." She said. "Since it's unfair to attack now I'll give you half a year before I attack you. Enjoy your free time" she said as she teleported away.

"Now it can't get any worse than this" said Gong Fu but immediately after Rias teleported into the room again.

"Ohh my subordinates liked the gifts and treasures you gave me, so thank you" she said before teleporting away again.

"Gong Fu, please don't talk in meetings ever again" said Qin Hao.

"Agreed" said everyone else at the same time.

While the Empires were preparing Rias' now called Demon Empire colonized and took over over 50 low rank Nations.

Men were treated as wives here as women were the bread makers. This easily got support from most of the women who started joining the army. With the cheat cultivation methods beginners reached Ki Fortifying stage in a few months. Even with the pure Ki it takes about a few months to cultivate from Ki Fortifying to Core Formation and at least half a year to reach Golden core from Core Formation.

All men in the Ki Fortifying stage were given drugs to suppress their cultivation as no man was allowed to cultivate to the Ki Fortifying.

Some men tried to defect to The Allied Empires because their rights were taken but these men were executed. Women became the ones that marry men not the other way around. Why did Rias do this you may ask. Well, because it was more interesting this way. Seeing the ones who have been dominant for thousands of years suddenly become the dormant in a few days.

The Profound Flower Sect became royalty. New sects started forming comprising of women only, of course, as men were banned from creating and joining Sects.

Some of the people in the Profound Flower Sect who had become Golden Core cultivators broke through to Angelic Core and Qin Lao with the help of Rias became an Immortal Cultivator. She was the 1st person to do so in over 2 thousand years.

The war was now about to begin. The two armies of cultivators were standing a few kilometers apart. All the Golden Core cultivators and above were in the skies.

Rias and Qin Lao were at the back of the army in a large tent chatting with Su Lan who was now an Angelic Core cultivator.

Sensing the cultivations of Rias' army, the allied forces new their time in power had finally come to a close.

Only Gong Fu, Gong Feng and Kong Ming seemed to not be anxious at all. Others just assumed that they had accepted their fate.
