Chapter 12
The following few days, the whole continent was talking about the attacks on the 4 Divine Empires. Rias also attacked the other two Empires, the White Tiger and the Golden Phoenix. She had also kidnapped the Empress of the Black Tortoise Empire. People started calling her the Demon Empress, although she had clearly told people to call her Ruin Dragon Empress. But it's not like Rias was complaining as she liked Demon Empress more.
Rias managed to convince Qin Lao to join her. It was relatively easy as Qin Lao quickly agreed if she would get to fight more. Rias then thought it would be better if she formed a small group of elites, only women of course.
She wanted to create her own "Akatsuki". So with Qin Lao's help she located a low-key female only sect in a small nation called Quartas.
After this, she immediately headed there to start nurturing some powerful underlings.

While Rias was busy making her organization, the Four Divine Nations decided to hold a meeting discussing her. This meeting was to be hold in Mildah, a small Nation situated in the middle of the 4 Empires.
Inside a building were sitting 11 people on a round table, with grim expressions. All of them were the 12 Golden Core cultivators of the TongXuan Continent.
Gong Fu stood up and spoke breaking the dreadful atmosphere in the room.
"You all know why we are here, and the easiest way to deal with that demon, is to form an alliance between ourselves and fight as one. There is no way we would lose against one person." He said.
Some people on the table started looking hopeful. Another old man in glasses and white beard with a completely bald head spike a few seconds after.
"Seeing how she attacked us all and left us alive, I assume she wanted us to band together." He said. He was the self Proclaimed most intelligent person on the continent and Patriarch of the Powerful Brains Sect, Man Go. His opinion seemed to blow off the candles of hope the others had.
"But it's the best we got, as we don't know anything about the enemy's abilities." He continued.
"Isn't she from your Empire, Kong Ming, Don't you know anything about those troublesome weird abilities of hers.!" Shouted Emperor Draugg, the brute Emperor of the White Tiger Empire. He had Grey spiky hair and a short manly beard. He had very domineering muscles on his body.
"She was supposed killed a few years ago. She was at the body strengthening stage at the time...."said Kong Ming before he was cut.
"Body strengthening stage, IMPOSSIBLE!!" Exclaimed a very beautiful woman with very alluring purple eyes and impossibly silky black hair. She was wearing a dress seemingly made of golden feathers. She was Chu Feng, the Empress and ruler of the Golden Phoenix Empire.
"Well, believe it or not but that's the truth. She seemingly disappeared for all these years and seemingly appeared out of thin air with that scary amount of power." Continued Kong Ming as he just sighed. He too didn't believe it when he first heard it.
"It seems that teaming up on her is our only choice. We have to attack before she attacks one of us. We now only have to find her. Too bad that blood thirsty wife of yours is gone, we really could have used her help, Qin Hai." Said an old woman. She had a face and aura that demanded respect. She was the Leader of the Royal Dragon Sect and the wife of Gong Fu. The strongest Golden Core cultivator, Gong Teng.
After she finished talking, everyone immediately agreed. They all knew that this was indeed their only option.

In the Profound flower Sect, Su Lan, the Matriarch, was sitting in her courtyard. She was relaxed and looking at the clouds. Her youthful appearance had deceived many man as they thought her powerless but she was a Core Formation Cultivator. Her long brown hair was smoothly waving on her back and her beautiful brown eyes focused on the clouds. She had no idea of what was coming her way.
