The Sect of the Chrysalis

The clang of steel rang through the air as Iris ducked, twirled and used the back of one of the ninja’s back as a catapult and jumped into three other ninjas, making them drop their swords on impact. She swerved the limbs before decking them all to the floor.

“Hulio, WHERE THE HELL IS YOUR BROTHER?” she screeched, looking at me furiously. I rolled my eyes as I swiped my sword to the left, taking out three more ninjas. I knew this would end in a swordfight. It always did where my brother was concerned. Especially with his new girlfriend, who was ten times more trouble than Julio ever had been. I scowled as I jumped into the fray, slicing down one of Iris’s opponents before we stood back to back fighting off the never-ending stream of ninjas.

“Where the hell did your brother go? WHY THE HELL DOES HE ALWAYS DISAPPEAR?!” Iris screeched again, twirling her staff beating back the furious ninjas.
