“She must be magic,” I said my arms crossed as I stared at Headmaster, Marcus. He scowled, as he looked over the railing at where Aria was pacing back and forth.

“You should not have brought her here,” Marcus said darkly. “The Academy has enough ruffians as it is without adding a potential magical human in the mix,” Marcus said.

"She could see me through the under bar,” I said.

"There have been many humans while under the influence who have been able to see things they shouldn’t. Not every magical creature has the ability to shield themselves from the gaze of humans.” Marcus said.

I scowled. “Do not lecture me. I have a bad feeling about this girl. She doesn’t seem human.” I said feeling aggravated with how condescending Marcus was becoming.

“Well, we could ask,” Marcus said thoughtfully.
