System explanation:
I thinks there is a lot of confusion for how the system works so I will try to explain it the best I can,
-
Skills: The are devided into two, normal and mutation.
Normal skills are martial arts and stuff like that, Mutation skills are regeneration, strength boost etc. I think this is easy enogh to understand.
Skill points can either be used to increase the level of a skill, or can be used to acquire new skills.
Mutation points unlock mutation skills but cannot increase the level of a mutation skill from the tree, it can only be increased when put to use.

Points - Each mutation level gives 2 skill points and 2 mutation points
points can also be earned by completing mission, surviving against a dangerous enemy, or through killing the zombies, the stronger the zombie the higher the chance of getting a point.
Drop rate of points through killing is random.

Skill Store and Mutation tree - Its simple enough I think you can unlock skill through points like in a game.

Teammate mutation - Now this is where I think you are most confused about.
The points mc uses, is not his own, I repeat not his own.
Each member earns these by either surviving a dangerous situation killing zombies or missions that mc gets.
The mutation tree is restricted and they can't learn normal skills like mc.

"So we take this route here" Takagi explained as we decided to use the lesser used paths to get up there since the chances of them being blocked by traffic are minimum.
"Shall we get moving then?" I asked and they nodded.
The drive was going smoothly until we met the road blocked by empty cars.
I sighed, "keep an eye out"
I spoke to Kohta who nodded and climbed onto the roof.
We started clearing the lane as most of the non combatants were inside the Humvee.
For some reason there didn't seem to be any infected around here,

It was then I saw a man walk out I immediately went for my gun which was with Kohta as I cursed and pulled out my bokken. Saeko and the others also became alert.
But relaxed seeing GRE badge on the Kevlar, while I on the other hand went double alert.
"Survivors in this part of the city?" He looked as if we had caught him, doing something he shouldn't.
I was just about to say something when a loud scream came from the house beside us.
"Shit!! Sorry kid wrong place wrong time" I heard the soldier shout as he aimed the gun at me.
I immediately moved hitting the barrel as the soldier was thrown back.
Just then the door of the house on the side burst, with a big giant Zombie stepping out, holding a concrete club
Yeah a demolisher.
"Kohta aim for the head!" I shouted and immediately heard shots being fired at the Demolisher while I went up against the soldier.
"Goddammit!..."he cursed bringing out his handgun good thing that I was faster and stronger than him, as I grabbed his arm and twisted it, then went for a kick which got blocked by the soldier although barely keeping his balance as I grabbed his head and slammed it into the ground knocking him unconscious.
Kohta meanwhile had shot down the Demolisher before it could get to the Humvee.
"What the fuck was that and why the flying fuck was that guy trying to kill us instead?" This was Kohta who was standing on top of the Humvee, as I shrugged and grabbed the assault rifle from the ground and started stripping the soldier of anything useful. Finding a handgun, ammo, I was just about done when he started regaining consciousness.
"Well well mister care to explain why you tried to kill me?"
kurgh..he struggled as I lifted him by the neck, but before I could do anything his body went limp, as I immediately checked his pulse which wasn't any.
"What happened?" Saeko moved forward as she looked at the man.
I opened his mouth as I found one of his teeth missing, seems like poison.
As Saeko noticed that she became silent, "Why did he attack us?" she asked as the others were just as confused.
"Probably because of that" Takagi spoke from the Humvee looking at the demolisher.
"But why would he hide things?" Mr Masetaro muttered as I heard growls coming from around us.
"First let's get out of here," I suggested as the other's nodded.

We crossed across a bridge as I looked at the handgun
I switched the safety switched on, as I was sitting n between Saeko and Rei, with the latter dozing off.
"A left here" Takagi directed as Shizuka drove on, if I was right we would reach Takagi's house first before Morita's hopefully that idiot didn't run around.
I should start getting ready, since shit is going to go down soon.
It was then we passed the bike rental that I was watching out for and met with a crowd of zombies.
"what do we do?" Shizuka stopped as she looked at Takagi who was about to yell to ram through.
"Wait, we will clear them out" I spoke as Takagi looked at me,
"There are around twenty of them there, we can just ram through" she argued as I just pointed at the road beyond the zombies that were empty,
"Why do you think, it is empty out there? We can't just rush through something is stopping the undead, we will clear it, Kohta take the roof and watch our back," I said as the the teen just grinned as he grabbed the rifle that I had grabbed from the soldier before.
"Rest of you get ready," I looked at the others who nodded grabbing their weapons, let's finish this.
There were about five virals in this group that immediately came for us as I rushed in followed by Saeko, Rei and Mr. Masetaro, I crushed the skull of the first one while kicking a normal zombie into a viral as a shot rang out and the zombie behind me exploded.
Kohta went full out shooting the zombies that tried to go for the Humvee while us four began to cut down their numbers.
More zombies began to pile in as we had soon Cleared the ones near the fence as Shizuka drive forwards,
"Want to say something Takagi?" I asked as she climbed out,
" Humph, it was just a fluke"
" Sure sure"
"What do we do now?" Mrs Masetato asked as I shrugged.
"We wait"
"Wait for what?"
"Wait for that." I said pointing at the people wearing firefighter uniforms coming towards us,

I heard the notification as they neared us and the one leading the group walked faster removing her helmet to reveal a purple haired woman, Yuriko Takagi, Saya's mom.
"Mama!" Takagi went as the woman smiled seeing that her daughter was safe,
I sighed well now I need to get to Morita.

I stood on the balcony overlooking the front gate of the estate.
The sun was now setting now as I could see quite a few people moving in the tents in the garden, there were a few people out there, as I sighed.
I will be going after Morita, first thing tomorrow morning I still intended to talk to the others about it.
Takagi was with her mother while the others were finally able to relax, as Rei, and Shizuka were lying on the bed breathing easy, while Saeko was sitting on the couch reading some magazines.
Kohta was standing with me as he leaned on the railing while Zeke was with Alice and her family in one of the rooms.
"Well at least everything has not gone to shit" Kohta said as I just smirked, "What do you plan to do now?"
"Go get Morita then head home or to the elementary school" I replied.
"Morita lives around here right?" Rei spoke up sitting on the bed as I nodded.
"So what do you have in mind ?" Saeko asked as I shrugged.
"Small team go in, and bring him back." I replied as Saeko nodded.
"How big of a team are we talking about?"
"Two or Three Max including me, I am waiting for Takagi before we discuss things further." I replied as the others nodded.

I opened the system as Kohta went in to get something to eat.
There was a small notification at the bottom.

I looked at the next set of skills available, I could either use skill points to increase the current skill level or get new skills.
Sharp Vision: improved my vision and allowed me to remember smaller details.
Electronic wizard basically gave me Knowledge about electronics and their repair.
While vocalist helped me with talking and bargain.
Herbalist knew how to use herbs for medicine or poison
I decided to go with Electronic wizard and Herbalist.
Since these two will be much more useful in the long run.
As for mutation I got pain resistance and Commando.
Pain resistance: didn't nullify the pain or make it less painful but allowed me to think Clearly while injured.
Commando: increased my melee attack speed and striking distance.

Then I went with the teammate section,
Since they had about 2 points each, with Kohta having 3, which was due to killing that demolisher.
With Kohta I gave him, Dexterity, Stamina regen and stability.
Saeko also got Stamina regen, Dexterity.
Rei was similar.
And Takagi was too,
That left Shizuka who only got Stamina regen and dexterity. A step behind the others.

3rd POV
"We lost contact with No 436" the man spoke looking at the screen.
Where a man sat on the couch smoking a cigar.
"From what you are telling me he was a Teir 2 right?"
" Yes their shouldn't be any teir 2 mutations among the survivors irrespective of their conditions and no Undead would be able to kill a fully armed teir 2." The bearded guy spoke.
"If there is a teir two among the survivors means that the changes are taking place rapidly let them evolve more, start the supply drops and keep an eye out for rogue groups it would be fun to have them fight." The man spoke taking a puff of the cigar before cutting the call.
"Captain Haroki we found him!" A guard rushed over carrying a thin file with him.
Haroki grabbed the file as he flipped it open to find a still image of a black haired teen taken from a body cam.
As he looked down to find the name written under the Photo.
