It wasn't really needed, but Hiro felt that it should be done since they just got home from overseas and a vacation. Even though he's not even the father of the child but just the 'best future doting idol uncle slash godfather' as he bestowed himself early on, he's extremely wary of his best friend's health.

"I'm scared too y'know! The doctor was looking at me weirdly when I asked if having my water broken in the near time is just the same as peeing!"

"What did the doctor say?"

"For me to not think too much and not freak out. She said it will come 'naturally' and different from pee but I'm still skeptical y'know!"
