Voice of The World

-Mobius POV-

I took the body clone of Veldora and went inside my private room.

'That guy is tricky, I need to find his weakness. He is like a ticking time bomb, he can turn against us any moment.' I thought as I put Veldora's body into a tube.

'Let's see what this guy is made of.' I was bewildered by what I was seeing.

'He doesn't have any organs..."Physical Body" my ass. There isn't anything physical about this.' The body was made out of pure energy.

'What kind of energy is this?' I tried injecting it with honkai energy.

'The Honkai Energy evades the body?!' The Honkai energy was evading the body like oil to water.

The energy was wild, extremely wild. Similar to a predator.

'It is absorbing the Honkai Energy!?' The pure energy after sensing Honkai energy immediately attacked it and absorbed it.

'Let's try extracting this pure energy.' I tried seperating the energy from the body.

'It's not moving, almost as if it has it's own consciousness.' I sealed a small amount of Honkai energy in a box specially made to seal it.

The energy of the body immediately moved to absorb it.

'It's sealed? Just like that?' I waited for some time and went to get a human body to put the energy into.

After I took a dead body, I laid it on the metal bed inside a Honkai proof room used for experiments.

The room's walls were made of glass. And there were some machines with artificial intelligence used for surgeries.

I exited the room and ordered the machines to unseal the box.

After the box was unsealed i felt underwhelmed. 'Nothing happened? Sigh...'

After confirming that nothing happened. An explosion happened inside the room as if waiting for me to let my guard down.

The glass walls of the room cracked. 'Shit.' The glass walls fully cracked and broke down.

The alarms went out. I saw a kaleidoscope of colors approaching me.

I couldn't breath, it looks like it absorbed the oxygen. I couldn't move. 'Looks like this is my end. I couldn't make humanity perfect in the end. Sigh.' I sighed as I heard a voice in my head.

{Conditions met, connecting to 'Voice of The World', successful. Individual is too advanced to be classified as 'human'. Evolution from 'Human' to 'Enlightened', successful.

Magicule amount detected. Wishes confirmed. Magicule amount too high. Ultimate Skill -Ouroboros, Lord of Infinty- has been donated by superior {Ciel}, Failed. Soul too weak. Unique skill won't suffice for the amount of magicules.

Asking for permission to enlarge soul. Permission granted by superior {Ciel}. Ultimate skill -Ouroboros, Lord of Infinity- has been obtained. Magicule amount stable. Evolution from 'Enlightened' to 'Saint' has started. Successful.

"What the fuck..." I muttered as I fainted.

-Veldora POV-

I was laying in my new bed. Bored, extremely bored.

"Man, when will something fun happen." I sighed.

I don't think giving that pink haired girl my genes was a great idea. Ciel will be annoyed. I accidentally integrated the Voice of The World into this world.

Because of the Honkai Energy, many people are stronger than they should be.

And if they somehow get access to magicules, they should immediately evolve. That is great thing I suppose? Good for them. BUT if so many people gain access to it. The World will be filled with magicules and monsters will start to spawn. And if the Honkai Beasts or Herrscher's gain skills too.

It will be the end of them. So, that's why I have to make sure only the selected fex gains access to magicules.

Good thing I only gave magicules to HIMEKO and Hua. Since she will inevitably be my disciple and Hua is already one.

"Hmm, am I forgetting something?" I thought to myself.

{Individual Mobius's Evolution is beginning-

"SHIT!" I quickly stood up and teleported to the area of where the magicules were coming from.

As I arrived, I saw the same green haired woman from yesterday.

"Wait, is that my physical body? I glanced at the body inside the tube.

"What was I thinking?! Of course my physical body would have magicules!!!" As I was panicking about what to do, suddenly the world lost color.

"Suspended world?" I looked around me.

"Veldora! You had one job! And you failed at it." I heard a voice coming from behind me.

Without looking behind me, I took a dogeza position as I apologized.

"Sorry! Ciel-sama! Please don't take my privilege to travel universes!" I didn't dare to look up.

"I gave you only one rule you had to follow. Do I have to remind you? DON'T GIVE PEOPLE MAGICULES! You know, if there is even the slightest bit of magicule in a world. That omnipotent shot implants itself!"

Ciel kept yelling at me. "But, can't you disable that easily?" I asked after some time of thinking.

"Shut up! Besides, I am too busy to do that!" Ciel shot back.

"I don't want to tidy up the mess you make. So I will make you the administrator of the Voice of the World of this universe. Tidy up your own mess." After Ciel finished, she disappeared with the suspended world dissapating.

"I guess I need to take responsibility. Haah~ this sucks..." I started playing with my privileges of being an administrator.

'I need to make it so only people acknowledged by me can access to the Voice of The World.' I thought as I continued playing.

After I finished arranging Voice of The World to my likes. I glanced at Mobius.

"Hmm? She evolved into a saint. And now has an ultimate skill?!"

"Well, it was Ciel who tidied up after me. And she likes going overboard so it is to be expected..."

'There are already two people with an ultimate skill in this world if I don't count Hua...I feel pity for this world's future.'
