It is a variation of the "Imperial Privilege" skill. Although Ritsuka never became king or emperor, he is the only human capable of commanding and relating to the various heroes, villains, and antiheroes he has come into contact with. This skill is the manifestation of him being able to manage a "kingdom" of many heroic spirits.

He can temporarily obtain skills he never had, such as archery, swordsmanship and several others, making it possible to also acquire divinity.

With the help of the member of the "genius society" Herta who made some improvements to the weapon making it capable of shooting "imaginary energy" at the opponent. This made the black barrel capable of going against an Aeon. (In theory)

This is a noble phantasm of a certain count who has always been by his master's side. Ritsuka received this power when he accepted the Count's offer to become the first and last strongest Avenger in history, serving as a guiding flame helping him in his quest for revenge.

After momentarily leading the target into his own prison, he moves at ultra-high speed to get closest to the target. After continuously attacking with multiple giant claws coagulated with black flames, he forcibly restrains the target with all his claws. By letting his magical power run amok, he causes the target to explode.

Although the final explosion is extremely powerful, it is not the true value of this Noble Phantasm. Its real value as an offensive Noble Phantasm lies in its ability to always hit its mark. It is an ultra high-speed approach to an opponent who has been captured in a mental prison and has nowhere to run. In other words- A hit-and-kill self-destruct attack with no judgment, so close to a hit-and-kill attack at the causal level. This is the true value of this Noble Phantasm.

This is a world manifesting all the negative feelings that Ritsuka has accumulated during his life.

A reality marble that takes the opponent to his hometown of Tokyo in 2016 before his journey begins.

Being inside this world, all the opponent's mana is gradually drained and their soul is directly affected being consumed over time, giving extra damage to those who do not have hatred in their hearts, and those who have "evil" inside become the target of the avengers who are summoned ready to deal a "judgment" on the target of revenge.
