Bringing The Storm

"You talk too much" Ji Cheng said as he ate his food.

Ji Meiling didn't say anything after that. It was very obvious that he did not want to talk about his engagement so she just switched to another topic.

After eating, they left the restaurant and stopped by Ji Feng's grave. Ji Meiling still felt the pain of loosing her brother 4 years ago. It didn't matter why it happen but there was one thing Ji Meiling was sure of, it was her fault. If she had just listened to her brother before she made that terrible decision maybe her brother would still be alive.

After spending some time with her late brother, they left. Ji Cheng drove into a refined community. She got down from the car and waved at Ji Cheng and got into the elevator and went into her apartment. She took her bath and wore her pyjamas and tried to sleep but she found it very difficult. She grabbed her phone that was lying on the table only to see some disturbing news.

There were pictures of her and Ji Cheng when they were at the airport. The pictures were obviously from the reporters that were chasing them earlier. The headlines were very eye catching and it already had a lot of views and people were already making comments.

"Is he cheating on Si Yan?!"

"This just proves that men cannot be trusted."

"You can never really know people"

" You guys shouldn't believe everything you see on the internet..."

"I don't believe that president Ji is that kind of person"

"I wouldn't be surprised if president Ji calls off his engagement with Si Yan for this woman...I mean look at her...she's a full package."

Normally, no one likes to get involved in news news like this but Ji Meiling felt happy. Though she didn't expect the reporters to be at the airport, she felt luck was on her side. This piece of news made her plan so much easier. She felt satisfied.

They have been living their lives peacefully for the past 19 years but this time, she swore to bring the storm that would ruin their lives.

The next morning, Ji Meiling woke up, got dresses and ate her breakfast before she headed to the headquarters of Lux architectural firm.

Immediately she walked into the building, all eyes were on her.

"Hey...isn't she the woman that was with president Ji yesterday?"

"Yes...she is...what is she doing here?"

"She must have seduced president Ji."

"I'm so irritated...I feel like slapping her"

"She's very beautiful... Si Yan does not stand a chance."

A beautiful smile was on Ji Meiling's face as she heard the whispers of some staffs in the building. Some were busy praising her while some were criticizing her.

She got into the elevator and made her way into the office of the senior manager.
