"How can we allow a lady who just out of being a fledgling command our soldiers!" 

Lord Filverel... I let you off too easy last time  it seems. Mika looked at the older male shouting in front of her.

"I guess defeating you and your accomplices in battle doesn't give me enough qualifications to lead you and your soldiers." Mika gave a condescending glance at Lord Filverel and his cronies.

"Let me clear to everyone in the hall today," Her eyes moved from clan leader to clan leader and finally stopping at Ailwin, "When you gave me your pledge a week ago, it was under the acceptance that I will take you and your soldiers under my care. ME and no one else. If any of you feel that I am incapable of this job, you can challenge me right now."

All the clan leaders looked at one another before Lord Filverel grinned and stepped forward.
