6 Battle training.

The second day of school began for Harry with another headache. Why does he end up right in front of Present Mic every time? English for the former British teenager was not a problem, so he spent the lesson drawing the corridors of Hogwarts in his notebook from memory. His classmates tried to pay attention to the lesson, but it was too boring.

At lunch, Harry was surprised to learn that a Hero is working in the cafeteria. How did he get his license without explicit fighting skills...? Anyway, he liked the food in Japan much better than even what was given at the Feasts at Hogwarts. And now, a new lesson has come. The door to the classroom opened and Hero 1 in Japan, All Might, entered. He was a tall and strong man with a height of two meters and at the moment he was wearing a superhero costume of the Silver Age.

"I'm here! I'm walking through the door like a normal person!"

'Normal people don't go through doors like that... the wall cracked from the blow.'

A wave of excited voices swept through the classroom while Harry was still worried about the condition of the wall.

"Hero basic training! A class that will force you to go through many training sessions to mold real Heroes out of you! It also gives the majority of your mark on the exam... No time for talking, today's activity is this!" All Might showed the class a card with the inscription 'Battle' "Battle training!"

Harry, not even seeing Bakugo's face from the back, knew that he was smiling madly, just like several of his other classmates.

"And for that, you'll need these! Based on the completed pre-admission forms, our research department has issued this costumes for you!"

From the wall appeared twenty cases with ready-made suits, again causing a wave of excitement.

"After changing meet me at the ground Beta!" All Might ran out of the classroom as quickly as he entered, slamming the door again.

"If anything, they'll restore the wall, right?"

Harry asked Ojiro, who was sitting in front of him.

"Um... I think so, this is the Hero course. All Might could have been more careful though..."

---

Harry went into the dressing room and opened the briefcase with his suit. It was an almost completely black jumpsuit with sparse green stripes, stitched with Kevlar to block knife attacks and bullets of a small caliber. At the bottom of the briefcase was a long baggy black hooded cloak that allowed Harry's shadow to be magnified. Harry was pleased to see a pair of strong, stationary torches that he could use to further increase the radius of the shadows.

"Wow dude you look like a cultist! What's this symbol on your back?"

Kirishima asked, pointing to the cloak. A self-devouring serpent was embroidered on the back in the same green color as the stripes on his jumpsuit, exactly the same shape as on Harry's right heel.

"This is Ouroboros, I thought it looked good."

In reality, Harry was attracted to this symbol, he knew there was something more hidden inside, so he put it in the most prominent place on his suit.

"Your Quirk allows you to strengthen your body, right?"

Kirishima was a little embarrassed and raised his right hand to show his Quirk.

"Yes, but it's not as flashy as the whims of others, I don't know if I can become very popular with it."

"Do not worry!" Denki slapped the red-haired teen on the shoulder "In the TV you'll shine brightest of them all!"

"Mon Ami, you mistook the tank for the star!" said Aoyama and sparkled.

'How does even it work?' Harry thought.

Kirishima chuckled and the whole class headed for the grounds Beta.

---

"Looking good is essential, ladies and gentlemen! Look Alive Now! From now on, you are Heroes!"

Said All Might with his typical smile. Harry looked at his classmates' suits, lingering on Momo Yaoyorozu's suit for a couple of seconds longer than necessary. How was she allowed to use such an open suit? And why did almost everyone choose spandex?! Even with his shadows, Harry didn't neglect his protection. Do his classmates think they won't be affected by the attacks? At least he saw some armor on Iida.

"Being in Hero course is the best!" Minoru Mineta said, not even trying to hide the fact that he was staring at the girls. Harry looked at him for a couple of seconds and decided to watch his behavior... Even if he agrees with his opinion...

"Sensei! This is the same false city that was used in the entrance exam. Will we do city maneuvers again?!"

"No, we're advancing to the second step! Indoor anti-personnel battle training! Most villain battles are seen from the outside, but... Statistically, you will be fighting villains inside the building. Black market, house arrests-"

Harry went deaf with Envy's help and watched his classmates start asking questions again. Simultaneously.

Perhaps Snape was right that he kept the children scared shitless, his lessons were at least quiet... Except for the rare explosions of cauldrons.

After a couple of minutes, the teacher pulled out a box with random letters. Harry took out the ball with the letter H from the inside. He looked around and saw that the frog girl - Tsuyu Asui - had the same letter.

Regaining his hearing, he approached her and decided to say hello. The girl had long green hair tied in a bow, large green eyes and a calm expression on her face. Her costume was definitely frog-inspired, which was obvious given her mutation Quirk.

"Hi, I'm Harry Potter, you can just call me Harry."

"Tsuyu Asui, call me Tsu, ribbit. What do you think of our assignment?"

"Erm..." Harry smiled awkwardly "in short, the Heroes must secure the bomb, and the Villains must protect it at all costs, right?"

At such moments, he thanked the higher powers that he had learned to read lips.

"Yes, but All Might Sensei told us about capture tape, if you catch both opponents in the tape, then the game is over."

Tsu tapped her chin with a finger.

"Hmm... Sounds simple enough."

---

The first battle was... interesting. Anyone could tell that there was bad blood between Bakugo and Midoriya. Harry, after reading the blond's lips, realized that Izuku had been Quirkless most of his life. Was it a late awakening or something else? This raised the teenager's interest.

In the end, the Heroes team won, but Bakugo and Midoriya destroyed the building almost completely. If it were not for the reinforced structure, it would have already crumbled like a house of cards. Iida became VIP for obvious reasons, he was the only person who focused 100% on the task.

"This is the second day in a row that he ends up in the nurse's office, right?"

Harry asked suddenly, looking at Midoriya.

"Yes, his Quirk seems too strong for his body, as if he just got it and just started to control it."

The teenager pondered over that thought. No one noticed the cold trickle of sweat that trickled down All Might's forehead at these words.

"As much as I feel sorry for him, I'm glad that there are those in the class who are more likely to get into the medical wing than me."

In his thoughts rushed all those moments where he lay in the care of Madame Pomphrey at the end of each year at Hogwarts. He didn't live through them, but still.

"Don't like hospitals very much?"

"No, there are better places in the world."

Harry watched as Todoroki froze the building with one touch and easily won this round for the Heroes. It would be interesting for him to pair up with the ice cube, they are both medium-long range fighters.

"His ice or my shadows? My hands are itchy..."

"Team H Villains and Team G Heroes! Come on to the field!" Announced All Might.

---

Harry looked at his classmates, Denki Kaminari and Kyoka Jiro. The former had a quirk that allowed him to control electricity and withstand incredible voltage. The latter had long wires on her earlobes, Harry was not sure about their functionality, but it certainly had something to do with the sound.

Both were dressed in rather simple clothes that could hardly be called a costume. Leather jackets, plain trousers, Harry only hoped the Support Course had made them tough enough. Midoriya's suit definitely didn't survive the explosion, although there wasn't much that could. Harry and Tsuyu entered the building and occupied the fourth floor as a base.

"We have five minutes before the start of the battle, right? We're following the original plan. I suspect Kyoka will be able to track us down pretty quickly."

"Got it, I'll wait for your signal."

Harry sat down in lotus position on the floor and concentrated. The shadows around him began to methodically destroy every light source on the floor. Shadow eyes gave Harry a perfect view of the interior of the building, so he could safely shut it off completely.

"Done."

He smiled and let the shadows descend to the floor below.

"Who turned off the lights?"

Mino Ashido asked in confusion.

"Hmm, apparently young Potter decided to take full advantage of the confined space." 'Will he use the same tactics he used during the entrance exam?'

"Begin!"

Kyoka and Denki walked up to the building and the girl inserted one of her wires into the wall. The girl listened carefully and tried to find out the location of her opponents. After a couple of seconds, she turned to her ally.

"They're on the fourth and third floor, but I can't tell you where the bomb is."

"Cool! Then we'll clean them up one by one!"

Denki cracked his knuckles and confidently opened the door. The remaining students looked at the dark corners of the building through monitors, sometimes you could see eyes lurking inside. Harry still sat with his eyes closed, but his pupils sometimes twitched, while Tsuyu went out into the third floor corridor and hid near the ceiling, completely hiding in the shadows.

"Damn, I can't see a thing, can't you... like... spark a little?"

Jiro narrowed her eyes and poked Denki in the shoulder. They passed the first two floors in complete darkness, and on the third there may well be opponents. He raised his hand in response and a discharge of electricity appeared in his palm, brightly illuminating the corridor. Harry twitched and several of the shadows shifted their positions, getting closer to the heroes.

"The hell! Where did those eyes come from?!" Kaminari just noticed this 'small' feature in the shadows "Looks menacing!"

"It is! But this is his searching method, he used the same during the entrance exam!"

All Might smiled and zoomed in on one of the screens showing Denki and Jiro. Several pairs of eyes could be seen behind their backs. The camera switched to Tsuyu's hideout, from which only a silhouette could be seen. Jiro stopped at the beginning of the corridor and inserted a wire into the wall, she listened, but immediately frowned.

"Wait... something strange is happening. I can hear several breaths and heartbeats at once on the upper floors..."

Denki looked into the dark corridor.

"Are we checking all the floors or will we finish with the third first?"

"I don't-"

"Now."

Said Harry and Tsuyu started to move. Shadows escaped from the crack to the right of the heroes and grabbed Denki by the head, hitting him against the wall, he fell unconscious the next moment. Jiro managed to hear the movement from above and dodged Tsuyu's first kick, but after losing the light that kept Pride at bay, she had no chance. Shadows enveloped her body in a couple of seconds and the girl froze in place.

"Damn, what kind of a flashlight are you, Denki?!"

Jiro said irritably as Tsuyu tied her hands.

"It was still a good training anyway, ribbit."

Harry opened his eyes and stretched, his joints crunching pleasantly, sending a wave of satisfaction through his body. He got to his feet and tied his dark red hair back into a ponytail. During training he kept it loose to increase his shadow even more. On the third floor, Tsuyu was already waiting for him along with the untied Kyoka.

"Good job, Tsu. You too, Kyoka."

"It would be a good job if we didn't lose in five seconds."

The girl muttered in response and in one motion inserted the plug into Denki's ear. He immediately jerked and woke up from an unexpected vibration.

"Oi! What was that for?!"

"We lost, genius, and I'm not going to drag you back to class on my back."

"Damn, so fast? I didn't even notice anything!"

Harry shook his head and smiled.

"The advantages of sneak attacks. They are rarely seen by anyone."

---

All Might looked at the four teenagers and asked the class.

"Well, who became the MVP this round?"

"Potter!" jumped Mina "He dealt with Kyoka and Kaminari in a couple of punches!"

"Yes, but that's not the only thing he did. He prepared a battlefield for himself and Asui, and also gave her a suitable hiding place. After that, he remained to guard the Bomb and sent Tsuyu to defend the third floor, where the heroes would definitely pass. All this time, he watched them with the help of shadows and attacked exactly at the moment when they would be most vulnerable." summed up Yaoyorozu "But I could not understand why they stopped on the third floor after checking the wall."

"Ah, that was my fault."

Said Harry and all eyes turned to him, but after a second his voice came from several directions at once.

"My Pride can produce several things."

Shadows with open mouths and sharp teeth appeared around the students.

"Wow! Is that a mouth?!"

Sero wanted to poke it, but the shadow quickly disappeared in Harry's direction.

"Yes, it's a mouth. I can perceive all 5 senses with my shadows and use them as part of my body."

"Hmmm, we have pretty similar quirks..."

Said Medzo Shoji, changing one of his hands to a mouth.

"Okay, does anyone have any questions? No? Then let's continue!"

All Might said, drawing next lots.
