Homeless In Orlando Not By Choice

I'm going to start this with something I think everyone needs to know and that's my family and I don't want sympathy out of anyone who reads this in fact we just want to get awareness out there of what's going on in the world especially when it comes to people who are homeless.

I want to start by saying my family and I didn't ask to be homeless in fact its the last thing we ever wanted but now I can honestly say that everyone is one paycheck away I know you don't think that's true but it is and that goes for everyone those of us that are Christians are just as close.

My family and I call what happened to us a test of our faith in the Lord if we could still hold onto our faith as well went thru this horrible ordeal and to tell the truth it could have been a whole lot worse we as a family held our faith strong as well went thru it and as well go thru every day life.

Truth be told we don't always ask ourselves why something happens or even happened we just feel depressed or beat and broken and when we ended up homeless you would think that's how we would feel but we didn't in fact we felt strong and we felt the hand of God on is protecting us now I do plan on telling you about our time while we were homeless every step of it I even plan on telling you about our lives way before it happened to make a point that it can happen in the blink of an eye.

I wanted to do this portion like this to give you a little insight to the fact that no matter who you are no matter how stable you are somewhere it can happen it happened to my family and I and it happened just a little over a year ago all of this happened and by Florida law its still going on for us and I will also explain that to you as well.

In this book I'm going to show you that not all the things you think about homeless people are true and I'm going to put the truth of a lot of things out there that need to be seen that need to be known I know everyone is thinking that being in Orlando you would get the help you need and that's not true again all of this will be explained as we go thru this book right now I'm just giving you something to think about and what I'm asking you to think about I know isn't a nice thing but its real.

Now I'm going to really give you something to think about what would you do if you ended up homeless? I only ask you to think about this because maybe we should all be asking ourselves that even though its happened to my family and I we still wonder what we could have done different than we did even though we know we were being tested in our faith in God we still wonder we still get upset about a few things but now we are asking ourselves did we do all we could? The answer is yes we did everything we needed to while homeless we never turned our backs on God and we never turned on each other.

I know this isn't what you were thinking you were going to read when you read the title but I'm going to put the truth out there to the people who aren't scared to know the truth the facts please don't not read this because your scared please I want people to see the truth and this isn't just to make people feel bad for my family and I that's not why I'm putting this out there the truth needs to be put out there because its over looked its like a blind eye is being turned and I'm trying to put light to the truth the cold hard truth I don't want fame from this and if my family and I get fame from this book then we will start working on making a difference in the country because there are to many homeless and its like no one cares.

Now the next chapter you will learn about who my family and I are and I will make a point to show you we were just like many of you and I will even prove that a lot of those who become homeless didn't want to be homeless we had no other choice and I will even prove that my family and I didn't ask to be homeless I'll explain everything even up to the point that I am at today and I'll explain how were doing a little over a year later.
