Lucien observed the bowl-shaped wall inside Concord. Although Yllana managed to stop the war between kingdoms, he urged the people within the Black Gem Palace to return to their kingdoms if they really want to leave. There were too many people to protect – is what he said to Yllana and the council.
Only a few people did. There were no rulers in both the South and East Kingdom so he sent Midel and Elisha to oversee the improvements. Midel was tasked in the South while Elisha, in the East.
