Kuro was holding inside-brain conference and obviously, it was panicking and rowdy as if the world is coming to its end.

"Can we take this slowly, or on the account of my adorable look, can you let me go?" Kuro pleaded, and sincerely wished for Kuru's twisted fetish.

"Pretty please? I've promised with someone to treasure myself." Kuro added.

"Hmm, no can do. I've never seen someone using spatial energy so efficiently as well, stable." Kuru was uninterested in Kuro but because of his young look, Kuru was generous enough to explain.

"With Mana being half the energy that moves our body, normally if you emptied your mana pool, dizziness accompanied with nausea, even losing consciousness isn't strange. However, you, are completely fine."

"If it's coming from the demon, it wouldn't be strange because they have a way of practicing to nullify such effects made by Demon King Trainer. But you, a human nonetheless, a young child?"

"Letting go of such an individual with nonsense origin would be too much of a pity," Kuru explained everything.

Call it a margin of strong being, although Kuru was all in stopping Kuro from teleporting away, he was underestimating him.

'This is a chance, Kuro, ask him whether he'll kill us. (17)'

Kuro nodded inwardly before doing so as he himself, was told to do so.

"Will you kill me?" Kuro asked as cute as he possibly can. If he showed such expression to Mio-mama, she'd be spoiled him rotten right now.

"No, I will capture you first then first devour on your knowledge, next your learned skill, then finally, your ability," Kuru answered Kuro's question like an idiot.

At this point, the author would have nothing to say back even if the reader said this is plot armor.

As the owner of Treasure Orbs which he seek so much at the same time, is divided in 3 pieces, which unfortunately, he doesn't know the whereabout,

Kuru will have no choice but to spare Oujian because it requires Oujian to be alive to take the information about 'who has' and 'where is' the Treasure Orbs.

Oujian himself is also an prize himself. Being the legendary pirate, there's no way his ability, experience, knowledge is useless.

'What's wrong with it! Although I don't have your 'Instinctual Intelligence', I have my own trait. Besides, we don't have a mana in our body. So the most proficient with controlling the body should go out, right? (21)'

Although it's not a joking matter and a failure can lead to Kuro losing everything and his life eventually, he trusted himself, 21.

"Afterimage?" Kuru doubted over his eyes at the increasing images of Kuro.

The trick behind this was actually simple. 21 just combined one simple thing he was good at moving his feet with aggressively turning on and off Stealth.

It worked because Kuro's opponent was a skilled opponent who can regularly detect threats heading his way.

"Little trap, how are you doing that? I don't feel mana involved." Kuru was taken in awe and became more interested in Kuro.

"I don't know, by instinct!" Kuro answers

While he does so, in the field, 8 Kuros could be seen rushing forward Kuru and delivering 8 'well-calculated' kicks.

"It's a pity although your technique is good, you're lacking in speed." Kuru blocked 8 kicks effortlessly.

Not to mention his agility, although Kuru isn't as good as using his [Greed] as Oujian's [Ambition], he could still perceive Kuro well.

"Well, that's not all," Kuro said then soon afterward in his hand, was a gun.

Under his somersault motion, Kuro fired it toward Kuru accurately which he effortlessly dodge as well.

Once Kuru blinks, he finds Kuro not on the air anymore but his [Greed] detected Kuro behind and below him.

Kuro gripped his fist tightly as it turns black. Releasing the force gathered inside his tiny palm, a black explosion occurred in Kuro's hand.

Kuro was sent backward due to the impact caused by the explosion but upon awakening, he found out Kuru guarding himself with the sword without turning back.

"Did you just use an ability like my [Greed] or his [Ambition]?" Kuru said with an 'impossible' expression in his face.

"I've seen it once so it wasn't that hard to copy. Hmm... You call it [Greed] and Oujian calls it [Ambitions] representing your and his will." 21 pondered.

"So if I name it considering his personality... it'd be [Affection]." 21 finally answered after a while.

By this time, due to a strange force, his fist which was injured stopped bleeding as if healed by something.

"Is that so? Whatever then, it's time for me to start attacking." Kuru said and finally took 21 seriously.

"Really? Then I gotta do the same." Kuro said after seeing the change in Kuru.

'This one is going to hurt not by little but very much.'

Kuro changed his way of breathing as the blood in his vessel accelerated, so did his heart.

Kuro tapped his brain lightly sending a force of wave.

In the next instance, Kuro's eyes turned red as a huge headache along with tremendous pain came indicating the toll the body was taking currently.

At the same time, Kuro's sensitivity to everything increased including his pain.

"Sorry, Kuru. As much as you want the Treasure Orbs, Kuro wants to protect his promises with his crush although he broke a few." The red-eyed demon spoke to the Sin of Greed.
