Arthur immediately took out his cell phone and dialed 911 first, after which he dialed someone higher up the ladder to inform them beforehand. It was Mason Jamington, the Los Angeles police department chief.
Mason Jamington had been preparing something big these days. The gang troubles were intensifying, and he was also put in touch with some people who would 'fix' Rothschild's problems for him.
