37 Chapter-37 : Press Conference
The dynamic of Ric and Drew changed since that night. They were close previously, but now they became intimate.
They spend the day in this tropical paradise like usual but this time with occasional flirting, holding hands, or kisses.

"Can't we stay for another day?" Drew wined.

"When are you shifting to your new home," asked Drew when they sat on the yacht
"The renovation will be finished by this month, so, plausibly a month later," replied Ric after some thinking.
Leaving your parent home at 16 is not unusual. Many leave mainly due to not getting along with their parents or having a rebellious phase or a sense of independence.
But Ric is leaving due to his family's unusual tradition. In Jackson's family, when a boy turns 16, he has to start living independently.
His parents also support and follow this tradition resulting in him staying separately.
Unlike his parents, Ric went one step farther with his home.
As he knew, he will have his own home in the future. Ric went on a buying spree.
He bought 3 apartment buildings and two villas in California to reduce his stay in hotels when needed. Also, he bought a 20 Story Building one block away from his parent's house.
The biggest purchase was when he bought a 0.334 km^2 area of land from the Point Dume in Malibu.
On that place, he made a blueprint of making a closed community with 6 villas and his mansion with a park, tennis courts, basketball courts, swimming pull, and a large garage for his cars.
The design of the area is such, Ric mansion will be close to the Point Dume.
Meanwhile, a road from the mansion's gate cuts the 6 villas with 3 on one side of the road and 3 on the other with a fountain at the center. Villas are placed in such a way that their backyard is facing the Mansion.
From the fountain, the roads separate in four directions. One goes to the mansion at the back while left and right from a row where the 6 villas are placed accordingly.
Finally, the road at the front meets the main entrance of the community.
The entire community is enclosed with a large wall, and a large park has separated the villas from the wall.
Ric also placed high-tech security all around the community and a lot of guards.
Making it one of the safest places to live, he also spend about 300 million dollars to make it possible.
When this pace was under construction, many media looking at the plan have said it to be even bigger and beautiful than the playboy mention.
All this just for making Ric's private life in his home free from any sneaking paparazzi.
The yacht reached its destination, there both Ric and Drew discretely entered Ric's private plane.
"I wish I can have one like this," Drew said after entering the plane.

A Gulfstream G450 for domestic flights in the U.S and its neighboring countries.
A Boeing 737 is kept in Dubai for traveling Europe and Asian countries, and a Boeing 747 for intercontinental travel or overseas travel from the U.S.
He not only bought them for top dollars but also spend even more on comfortability and luxury.
The plane landed at JFK Airport an hour later. They got out and went to Ric's parent's home. It was all done discreetly, as not many people knew about his whereabouts.
Even then, they couldn't be saved from the senses of the paparazzi who found him at his parent's home just the moment he arrived.
The result was found on the next day as he was the headline of almost all newspapers.

"As long as everyone likes it, there will be new albums in the future but not at this moment.

Big news, every reporter in the vicinity became excited. After all its an exclusive news as it's not every day you see a celebrity organizing their first concert and giving free tickets.
Seeing their excited face, Ric decided to end the conference before any intimate or awkward question being asked.
"Well, that's it today. Thanks for coming to the conference" saying with this, he left.
When they saw him leaving they started shouting "last question", "one more question", "details about the concert" etc. also at that moment, they realized that they failed to ask the important question where he was.
