Moon chose to wear a loose floral dress that was reaching to her ankles. 

There was a reason behind her dress being loose which Moon will utilize when further into the plan. The huge brimmed hat on her head was serving to keep her face hidden from Ford in case she crossed paths with him.

Both things she got last night from the handy local pawn shop but there was one more thing she bought which Moon will be deploying sometime later tonight.

She needs to be careful with what she does here and how she does it.

The basic plan of hers will be taking place after they order the food or most especially, drinks. But before that happens, she needed to scout the place where she can execute this plan of hers. 

But she couldn't bring herself to move from her place when her heart and more specifically her ears were tethered to the table to her front.
