"If you think too much, you could die," Dr. De Silva said to him directly, so he frowned.

"I'm going to sue you for threatening and caring for a patient."

Javier just frowned at the doctor's shout and looked again at the monitor where his CAT scan was.

"The fatality rate is about 20%? I can be pretty unlucky, but I don't think I will be this time. I won't be in that 20%, will I?" He asked the old man and looked at him foolishly.

"Adan!" He shouted again so he laughed.

"I'm kidding. I'll get the surgery. There are a few things that I have to do first. I'll come when I'm done. Don't worry and just give me some painkillers. Some really strong ones."
