Chapter 42

I ran using my Meta - Hybrid abilities so that I could stop him.

From afar, I could see him standing on her moving car.

She's afraid.

"Please stop this Lian, don't hurt her please" I mind-link with him but then, he tears off the roof of the car and jumps off with Sintia in his hands.

He slammed her to the floor and I used my magic to try to stop him but then he ended Sintia's life after tearing off her neck and sucking from her blood.

Tears dripped down from my eyes.

My running after him became a myth.

I fell to the floor on my knees.

"Lian no..." I said looking at Sintia who was now on the ground lifeless.

I used my powers to the fullest and I ran towards him, striking him off her with lightning.

He falls into a tree breaking it.

I looked at Sintia, who I could see that she still had life in her.

"I could turn you into a Meta - Hybrid so you will live." I said to her with my tears dripping over her face.

"No... I don't want to be a monster, I rather die a human than become what you and him are, so let me die, Cora, just help me to love him more." She said holding my left hand.

My Meta - Hybrid teeth were already out to bite her but then I heard what she said, so I stopped.

Even the law says that; the human must be willing to be a Meta - Hybrid before being bitten by a Meta - Hybrid.

"I discovered your kind exists when I'm already dying." She said smiling till she does not blink or speak again.

"Cora what's going on" I heard Lian's voice from behind me as I looked back to see him weeping badly.

His eyes glowing blue, there's blood all over his lips and his Meta - Hybrid claws are still out, he walks closer to me and he sees Sintia lifeless on the ground.

"I killed her...." He said with a voice that caused my sad emotions to erupt the most.

"I killed the person, I love.." He said with tears dripping out from his eyes.

"Lian you are not a monster, it wasn't your fault." I said trying to calm him down because the blue Meta - Hybrid spirit loves making the person they are in really upset.

But it seems he could already control it, so I looked at Sintia.

"The General is going to kill me or exile me, I have been stained with human blood.." He said looking at me broken inside of him.

"I would use my magic on you, no one will know what you did, but I will know, I want to forget this ever happened, can't you do that for me.." He said like he's pleading.

I signed in defeat.

Then he ran into the forest.

"No... Come back here Lian!" I screamed at him as he ran into the forest. I knew that all he wanted to do was to hurt himself or never return.

I called the police and then the police came and questioned me of what had happened and I explained that I and her were attacked by a bear.

Which they believed because there are a lot of bears in our town. Sintia's body was taken away and I was questioned a lot.

I told them everything I knew and soon I was taken to the station.

They kept asking me questions and I never mentioned Lian, "So how did the car roof get torn out.

"Well you see, after we saw the bear, Sintia was so frightened that she caused an accident.

Actually, I think it all happened from the accident, nothing else." I said.

"Okay, you can go home now." one of the officers said to me and then a woman walks in crying and beaming in pain.

"My daughter is dead, what hurt her like that." She said at the front desk as I looked at her and I knew she had to be Sintia's mum.

So I used powers to calm her down.

"Ma'am, it was a bear." I said to her mum and tears rolled out from her eyes and mine too.

"She was my only daughter." She said to me and I hugged her crying.

I felt so sorry for her loss, then I released myself from her and I walked away.

I could not believe what had just happened, Lian goes blue evil Meta - Hybrid and kills his own lover and now runs into the forest.

"What am I going to tell everyone when I reach home?" I said to myself but then it would be better to keep this a secret so that Lian would be safe.

I entered a taxi and I headed home now, I entered the house to see that everyone was gone.

Except for Lian's nanny who I refer to as his mum.

I walked inside the room and the next thing that happened was for five rogues to come knocking at the door.

I opened the door and they questioned me, Where's Lian Fagar, or Michael in short?" they asked me.

Now it would be very impossible to lie to a rogue because they can easily tell that you are lying.

"He's in the forest." I said to them with confidence. Lian's mum stood from behind me as we stared at the rogues.

Plus they are the warriors of our pack and are really strong.

"Take both of them to the Generals house, you both follow me." one said leaving with two Meta - Hybrid's, I'm sure that they are going to look for Lian.

But what surprises me is how did they know? "Someone snitched." My Meta - Being voice said to me and I understood.

They carried me and his mum away, the only thing that made me feel a bit okay was the fact that I was going to see my own mum.

She was called to be interrogated and has not yet come home ever since, maybe it is because she had already put enough money in my account before she left.

Soon we were at the Generals mansion.

I saw the Generals son walking by with that slutty Emily.

"That idiot that made Lians life to be like this." I said in my thoughts, giving out a very angry glare at Emily.

I and Lian's mum were kept inside a dark room and after a while of us holding each other and keeping quiet.

Then the voice of the General shocked us both.

"Your son has broken our most respected and obeyed law, and it is not to kill humans.." He said.

"My son will never do such a thing except... he has been influenced by a power that is stronger than himself." She said defending Lian.

"I don't care if he was influenced or not, He is a half-Meta - Hybrid half-ancient Alien, do you think he is innocent! bring him!" the General says out in anger and the lights are turned on.

I looked to see that we were surrounded by very popular powerful Meta - Hybrid's watching the whole thing like it was a movie and we were never kept in a room but in a chamber full of different pack General's and their luna's.

"What the..." I said as soon as my eyes met that of my mum.

"Please General Dagar, have mercy on the poor boy, the fact that he is a breed of Meta - Hybrid and ancient Alien does not make him any different from us." Lian's mum says as they brought Lian with his hands chained.

It seemed like he had been lashed on the back a lot, cause they were blood dripping from his white shirt.

He looks at the crowd and everyone gets frightened when they see how his eyes glowed blue.

"For killing a human and breaking the rules and regulations guiding us Werewolfs, you are hereby sentenced to one hundred lashes.." He said without even blinking.

He was kicked down by a rogue and his nanny fell down to the floor bitter and in tears.

Lian raises his head up with blood dripping from his back as he hears his nanny's voice in front of him.

The only woman he could call mother on earth.

Lian turned to see his mum over the floor, together with me who were both sobbing, then he grabbed the two rogues by their both legs.

The same rogues that had kicked him down and he threw both of them up and they burst out of the ceiling and he turns to look back again with his eyes glowing blue with his body transforming into his blue General self... Everyone gasped.

And I knew what he was going to do next.

He would rain chaos over all of them.

And so, I wonder what he might choose to do with me.
