"Sasha, I'm your friend. If there's anything I can do to help you, don't hesitate to confide in me," Melissa encouraged Sasha, offering her support.

"I know you love Dominique so deeply. But I can understand if you–"

"Mel, Stop!" Sasha interrupted her friend. "I'm not cheating on Dominique. I'm doing my best to make our marriage work. Not only me, but also Dominique." She denied it.

"Don't get mad at me, Sasha. I'm just trying to help. I'm a sex doctor and a therapist. I know how hard it was for you to endure your complicated situation caused by your husband's condition." Melissa held her shoulders.

"I'm not going to tell Dominique about this. You don't have to hide it from me. I mean… my point is that… if you want to remain faithful to your husband, you don't have to seek other men to fulfill your sexual needs. I'm here to help you." Melissa gently rubbed her shoulder, her one hand caressing Sasha's cheek.
