The next day, kaisha was woken up by the bright light coming directly from her window to her face....she stretched and let out a long yawn, after saying her morning prayers, she got out of bed and went to the bathroom to freshen up and start her day.
After having bath and brushing her teeth, she came out of the bathroom with a towel around her chest and another towel to dry her damp hair, having a curly, full and long hair was quite a struggle for kaisha... She applied a live-in conditioner on her hair to make it easier to brush and then a moisturizer to make it moist and also to make her curls pop.... After all that she went to her wardrobe to pick what she could wear for the day, she settled for a black pair of palazzo high-waist pants and an orange turtle-neck sweater top, she completed the look with a shiny black heels.... With her curly hair put back in a sleek ponytail, she looked really beautiful....
After getting ready for the day, she went out of her room to eat her breakfast... " Good morning dad, Good morning Jerry" she greeted as she sat with them at the dining table
"Good morning baby, how was your night? Jerry told me you had a really stressful day yesterday, are you feeling better now?" Mr Wilhelm asked as he looked at her with concern... "I'm fine now dad, I feel refreshed".... After eating, kaisha left for work and Jerry waited a little before he went to school.

At work, kaisha was trying to complete her work fast, things she had to do were piled up and work still kept coming in.... Kaisha didn't like her current job at all... She felt like the work wasn't worth the salary... But at least it was something..... After a long day at work, she finally prepared to go home, she wasn't as tired as the previous day.
On the way home, she stopped by the convenience store to get some packs of noodles, her favorite snacks and some chocolate bars for her brother.... Both siblings sat on the couch in the living room watching their favorite series, while eating the junks kaisha got from the convenience store, there were empty wrappers lying around.... It was a Friday night, and the siblings had a routine, that every Friday night was a night to watch movies till they fall asleep on the couch, you could say it was their alone time, to bond and spend time together
By 9:30pm, they heard a doorbell and they immediately knew it was their dad.. "kai pick all the wrappers and trash them I'll go get the door" Jerry said anxiously as he knew their dad would scold them again for the same issue... Kaisha quickly tidied the living room.... "Hey dad" kaisha greeted awkwardly as she held the wrappers behind her.... Her smile was so fake, that her father immediately knew what was up... He chuckled softly and said "were you guys watching movies and littering the house again?" Seeing the look of his kids faces.... Mr Wilhelm burst out laughing
But he's kids were happy because at least, their dad that has been looking stressed for days was laughing..... The cozy family of three sat down at the dining table eating and talking about their day and shared their own jokes.... After eating, kaisha and Jerry washed the dishes together gisting happily.... "Kai, there's this girl in my class" Jerry said all of a sudden, causing kaisha to give him a coy smile "finally you got your first crush... Yaaayyy" kaisha teased him and Jerry ears just turned bright red... "I didn't say I like her, she's a transfer student and she doesn't talk to anyone, even me... I mean I've tried different ways to talk to her but she ignores me"Jerry sighed sadly and turned to kaisha with pouted lips.... "Don't feel sad Jerry, no girl can resist your charm for long" she said and threw a wink at Jerry and smiled again....
Jerry retired to his room, but kaisha went to her dad's room to see what he was up to... She saw him sitting by the window looking so sad and worried... "Hey dad, you aren't going to bed yet?, What's wrong"... Mr Wilhelm looked up and saw that he wasn't alone in the room again, he let out a long sigh and stared at the sky again
"Kai, I'm going to tell you what has been bothering me, but I don't want you to feel pressured also" he sighed again and continued "uhmmmm.... Kai, my restaurant is almost at it's breaking point, our shop is not functioning like it used too, bills are also piling up, to be honest, I feel like these bills are choking me and I didn't tell you this earlier because, I'm the man of this family and I'm supposed to carry this burden, and think of a way to solve it, Kai don't let what I've jxt told you weigh you down... I'm gonna figure things out, okay?" Kaisha was in daze after her father finished talking, she felt useless, she felt she was productive enough to help her father cover some bills
" Dad I don't know what to say, but we can't let the restaurant be closed down, we'll come up with something together, I don't want you to be stressed dad, you could fall sick at this point if u keep stressing yourself " kaisha told her father, she put him to bed and also retired to her room with a frown on her forehead.
On getting to her room, kaisha brought her laptop and started searching for job vacancies online, she saw a few of them and submitted her CV... After 1 hour, she wanted to call it a night, but she saw a vacancy for the post of a personal assistant in Marshall group of companies, the pay was huge and she knew the company was a good one.... Without second thought, she submitted her CV there and prayed that they'll call her for an interview.... Kaisha put her hair in a messy bun and wore a sleeping cap, she slept with a frown on her face that night.
